The team here are very pleasant and really flexible! I don't know how many times I have booked my car in for a service and then had to cancel/reschedule at the last minute. I have a Rav 4 and a standard service for me usually costs around $140 and includes a full inspection of the vehicle, a minor detail, engine de-grease and car wash! It took me a couple of months to get around to getting the car repaired, though they were still happy to honour the original quote. I sent them an email, and they said that I could drop off the car the next morning, and were able to have the repairs completed within 3 days, just before I needed the car for a trip. I did get a second quote from a panel beater closer to where I live, though this ended up being $600 more expensive. I am very happy with the quality of the repairs carried out, and they were also nice enough to clean the exterior of my car. I wouldn't hesitate recommending their services.

The only problem I ever have is trying to get in for the urgent stuff as they are usually booked out for a couple of days in advance, this means you do have to keep your wits about you and not expect them to drop everything for your emergency. Excellent clean workshop with people who know what they are talking about and not trying to rip you off. A full list of works is supplied with every invoice showing you exactly what was done, they also call you should you require any further work before proceeding for acceptance of cost associated.
