Although I have tried fondue dinners before, where you cook small pieces of meat and veggies in hot oil, we opted for the cheese fondue and loved every bite! They have a large selection of beers - it took me a while to choose - and the bartenders are friendly, humorous people. Without the people from CouchSurfing there the venue would be nearly empty, but it is a Tuesday night in the Netherlands (with the exception of Amsterdam), which says enough. The atmosphere was good, partly because of the bar, partly because of the internationals. All things considered on this random Tuesday in March, The Haagse Bluf is a good place to spend the evening.
