It is clear attention to detail was given to every step of the cafe design. But you want the 411 on the coffee, pops and menu, right? Well, much like D&D, Queen of Pops operates on a tightly edited menu of cafe classic. Bagels, toasties and a selection of sweet treats. Yes, the baked cheese cake carries across and there's new additions like gingerbread biscuits in cute cutouts. The Pop in the name refers to their specially crafted coffee ice pops. They're made on a double ristretto and the beans are roasted by Peter Wolff himself. I tried my best to man up to a popsicle on this chilly Brisbane day but left it for another visit. It was a freezing Brisbane day so I only sat on their deck to quickly scoff my banana bread but in summer I feel like it will be an amazing spot to sit and try one of their signature coffee pops or nitro coffee. Absolutely somewhere I would revisit for a coffee and snack on the go.
