While driving to pull cash from my bank (she requested payment up front, and I was desperate to start the process), I received a text from Tyler and I pulled off the road. I messaged him back and got the okay for a quick phone call. The chemistry was instant- wow, did I really find someone who communicates like me!?! He let me jabber on about what I needed and my time frame (within a couple days), and fit me into his busy schedule. He slotted my appointment times and graciously let me send him screenshots of notes and paperwork I had via text (the Masterpiece lady wouldn't let me do any of that; she told me I need to 'step into the real world' and copy and paste the information from websites and email pdfs so she doesn't have to type as much. Say what?). Tyler kept to our set times, and he built me a resume and cover letter from scratch! This is no easy feat to do, especially upon just chatting a virtual stranger up for 15 minutes at a time. We bounced ideas off each other to clean up and edit both. Our final conversation lasted about an hour, and we got everything done by bedtime! Response time, fair prices, and caring about me as a person earned him an easy 5 stars. I didn't expect for him to finish within the same day as he managed to do. I am truly grateful for his time and energy!
