The space has a cool, modern vibe without feeling over-the-top -- it's stylish but still comfortable. It doesn't feel like one of those loud, chaotic salons where you're just another appointment on the schedule. What stood out immediately was how intentional everything felt. Instead of jumping straight into the service, we actually had a real conversation about what I liked, what I didn't like about my current look, and what would realistically work for me day-to-day. I appreciated that honesty. I wasn't sold a dramatic change just for the sake of it -- the suggestions were practical and thoughtful. During the appointment, there was serious attention to detail. No rushing. No distracted energy. You can tell there's experience behind the chair. The final result looked polished but still natural -- like the best version of my hair, not something that felt forced or trendy for the sake of trendiness. What I liked most was walking out feeling confident, not just "freshly styled." There's a difference. The cut grew out well, the styling tips were actually useful, and I didn't feel pressured into buying products I didn't need. If you're looking for a place that blends skill with a relaxed, confident atmosphere -- not overly salesy, not overly dramatic -- this is it. I'll definitely be back.

I paid for the professional package. I had a 30-minute consultative call to discuss my existing…read moreresume and received a (very) rough first draft 3 days later. The first draft wasn't what I expected and I could tell that Executive Drafts and I were not aligned in terms of my expectations and what they could reasonably deliver. Yes, it's an iterative process, but the language, style, and substance of the resume was so far off from what I expected that I didn't necessarily want to proceed any further. I reached out to inquire about *potential* refund options. I was not expecting a full refund nor did I feel entitled to one, but I was curious what kind of refund options were available to me since services were only partially rendered. I reached out and no response. I followed up again the next day- no response. I had to send 3 follow-up emails over the course of 3 days and only then did I receive an acknowledgement of my initial inquiry. Definitely professionals at work here. The owner responded with a VERY lengthy e-mail and rather than acknowledge that Executive Drafts may not be a good fit for everyone's needs, he instead challenged my judgement of what a resume should and shouldn't be. He continued to say that most of the work was done and complete.. but then mid-way through the e-mail said that the first draft was only 50% complete and there was still work to be done to arrive at a fine-tuned final product. So... which is it? I responded, and guess what? No response. If you're looking for any semblance of professionalism, I would suggest you look elsewhere.

After the consultation…read moreand first review I felt the resume writer did not understand what was needed to promote my resume for the jobs I was seeking. I had a recruiter review the resume, and she actually rewrote with me writing the introduction. I was very pleased with what we came up with and have had several interviews based off of what I did myself. Save yourself the money and ask a recruiter or employment service to help you with your resume...they will know far better. Ultimately I would not recommend this business to anyone, and definitely would not use again. It was a waste of money.

My payment was sent in by 5:30. I supplied some links related to jobs they requested by 6:30. After that, I did not hear from anyone prior to them starting on my resume. Previously, in my discussions, I had been informed by Robert that I would be contacted by a resume writer. Apparently, they started work on my resume & cover letter prior to contacting me. I found this out when I contacted them the same evening, prior to the opening of business the next day, requesting a cancellation on my LinkedIn, resume, and cover letter package due to a change in circumstances. The next morning, I was informed while although they could refund the LinkedIn portion as they had not started work, they would be unable to refund anything for the resume or the cover letter as they had already begun work. Robert has always been easy to contact and professional in our discussions. However, we were unable to come to a resolution. I also have thus far been unable to receive any verification of what work was completed on the resume or the cover letter. I will update accordingly as I hear what has happened. It is also important to note- hearing that they started the resume prior to discussing more in depth with me about what my goals were beyond a few prospective job links did not instill confidence in me. I am not sure if this is how they usually handle things or if it was just in this case. I am disappointed that this experience went so poorly. I had offered to pay Robert and his associates for their time on what they started if they would issue a partial refund for the resume and the cover letter however they were unwilling to accept that. They are continuing to try to work on the resume even at my request that it be canceled. I have given them two stars because of Robert's prompt communication, however, I am unable to recommend working with Respected Resumes and I would suggest considering one of the many other companies available that does this line of work.

This is a charity store & the proceeds actually help people if you take the time to read their mission. It isn't Family Thrift or Goodwill. It's sparkling clean & you aren't going to start sneezing from all of the dust. You also aren't going to have to sort through tons of outdated polyester items.Items in the women's section are generally sorted by color & definitely size. There is a designer & a regular section. I wish that I had taken photos of past buys. There is currently a Neiman Marcus fitted men's linen shirt for $15. I love it & wish my S.O. would wear fashionable shirts like that.I'm a birder. I have scored several new with tags outdoor shirts for $10. or under. One was listed at $70. when I used Google Lens. I think that I got a NWT Colombia SPF water type shirt for $10. The original tag said $50. If you want to save money, look cute & HELP a great cause, this place is it. If you are on a very limited budget & cannot afford $6. for a t-shirt, this might not be the place for you. I just got a super cool men's Astros t-shirt for my Astros fan mom for $6. It was listed at $34.99 on the MLB website. I'm not sure what the negative comments are about. If you are really on a budget & don't mind having to sort through lots of stuff, visit the Blalock location. They have much lower prices & tons of stuff including furniture. Just note that a lot of it seems to be from people cleaning out their parent's homes. There is good stuff, but you have to look. They do have a designer section for women in the back of the store. Prices are higher in that area, but everything is the type of stuff that you will find at the Heights location. I assume that the Heights location is simply keeping the items donated from people living in the 1-2 million homes that have destroyed the Heights. I did score a bright yellow new J.Crew sundress my last visit that for some reason wasn't in the designer section & a yellow Loft sleeveless shift. I don't remember what I paid, but probably $12-$15. which was high for the Blalock location. Perhaps they were simply hung in the wrong area by a new employee. On one visit I scored a pair of like new OluKai Hawaiian sandals for $3. The cashier immediately knew that they shouldn't have been $3., but she gave them to me at that price. When I looked them up they were $90 or higher.

Tina's customer service was professional, confident, and warm; the type of all important first impression that made me feel like I called the right place. The application process was easy and smooth. I simply filled out an online questionnaire in which I described my current/past job experiences/target occupation, and I had a phone consultation with Deb that lasted no more than 15 minutes.
