So my objective was to create a resume that would demonstrate transferable traits and skills to the career I want to pursue. I did not have a current resume and a few of my prior jobs no longer exist. However, when I spoke to Tina on the phone, she assured me that not having a resume would not be an issue. Tina's customer service was professional, confident, and warm; the type of all important first impression that made me feel like I called the right place. The application process was easy and smooth. I simply filled out an online questionnaire in which I described my current/past job experiences/target occupation, and I had a phone consultation with Deb that lasted no more than 15 minutes. Working with Deb was a pleasure. She is very sharp and the questions she asked me during our phone consultation exposed some of my work responsibilities that I had overlooked. When I received my finished resume 3 days later, it exceeded my expectations! Deb did a wonderful job in crafting a well articulated, nicely formatted, professional resume that targets the new career that I want to pursue. Mission accomplished. This is an excellent company and the exemplary reviews are well earned and deserved. USA Resume is definitely the go to company for all of your resume needs. It was well worth the investment and I was uber impressed with the staff members I spoke to, and my completed resume. I will surely use them again in the future. Thanks Deb and Tina.

I am thoroughly impressed with my experience using Executive Drafts resume service. I purchased the…read moreResume, Cover Letter, and Linked In package. Here is a quick summary: - Short time after I submitted the online application I was contacted and my case was given to Trent Hightower. He contacted me shortly thereafter and we agreed on a time for a phone conversation. - I was called on time and Trent was prepared and had already familiarized himself with my resume. We had a very good discussion about my career goals and he provided some very good points to consider. - The resume draft was prepared and already looked better than my previous version and I think to story that he was trying to convey was a better approach than I had previously. Some questions within the resume were posed for me to add a bit more clarity to certain aspects, but the way the questions were framed made it easy for me to do my part. - The second draft was provided and it was written and designed to the point that I agreed to call that the final version. I could not see where any additional improvements could be made. - Very quickly the cover letter was developed and I considered it the final version as again, I did not see any improvements to be made. - Trent updated my Linked In page and gave some very useful insight as to how best to capitalize on the strengths of Lined In, which to be honest, I was treating more like my Facebook page. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the guidance and the final product.

I paid for the professional package. I had a 30-minute consultative call to discuss my existing…read moreresume and received a (very) rough first draft 3 days later. The first draft wasn't what I expected and I could tell that Executive Drafts and I were not aligned in terms of my expectations and what they could reasonably deliver. Yes, it's an iterative process, but the language, style, and substance of the resume was so far off from what I expected that I didn't necessarily want to proceed any further. I reached out to inquire about *potential* refund options. I was not expecting a full refund nor did I feel entitled to one, but I was curious what kind of refund options were available to me since services were only partially rendered. I reached out and no response. I followed up again the next day- no response. I had to send 3 follow-up emails over the course of 3 days and only then did I receive an acknowledgement of my initial inquiry. Definitely professionals at work here. The owner responded with a VERY lengthy e-mail and rather than acknowledge that Executive Drafts may not be a good fit for everyone's needs, he instead challenged my judgement of what a resume should and shouldn't be. He continued to say that most of the work was done and complete.. but then mid-way through the e-mail said that the first draft was only 50% complete and there was still work to be done to arrive at a fine-tuned final product. So... which is it? I responded, and guess what? No response. If you're looking for any semblance of professionalism, I would suggest you look elsewhere.
