After passing both courses, she said she was confident I could begin my two day internship (again, unpaid), and then start a job at $13 per hour as a leasing agent. I believe that was about 3 weeks ago, and each time since then when I've inquired she told me either she was waiting to hear back from the apartments and then later it became that "now isn't a good hiring time" for the apartment complexes. Recommend applying here if you have previous leasing experience, otherwise it's not worth the effort, IMO.
