Access to the lower level weight room is a MUST if you plan of using free weights. They also have a great area down there for HIIT. They have some bumper plates and 2 deadlift platforms as well. The squat racks could use some improvement, but they do the job perfect as all squat racks do (that's just me being snotty). There's ample cardio equipment with a theatre room if you just can't stand zoning out on the gym floor. There's a Womens only room, if you're a female and possibly are a little bit nervous about being in the gym, or just don't want to feel the pressure of other people around the gym it's a good option. I haven't been in there but it looked like mostly machines at first glance. Lastly there's a room with 2 smith machines and a jungle gym. Pretty good stuff for some other HIIT options. Looks like the personal trainers have their own room to train people in. That's nice, as a old personal trainer myself, looks like you can really focus on the client that way. All and all I think it deserves 5 stars, it's clean, people are friendly, has everything you need for a fantastic workout. There is only one downside. I don't know if people here have ever Heard of gym etiquette, BUT it looks like they have no idea how to clean up after themselves or re rack their own weights. This is very confusing. There is straight up grown humans just leaving their stuff all over the place, as if they didn't have to pick it up to use it in the first place. Cmon people, clean up after yourselves. Seriously disturbing to watch adults just not give a crap about their gym, their sacred place, the place that makes their body stronger. I can only assume what your home looks like.     I've been a consistent member here, but I've had ongoing issues with one trainer -- Raf -- who…read moreconsistently acts entitled to multiple machines and shows zero regard for other members. This morning was the final straw. Raf had a client on the leg extension machine for about 15 minutes, then decided to take over the leg curl machine at the same time, setting up his tripod and claiming both pieces of equipment. When I asked politely if he was using it, he told me, "Yeah, you can't use it. You need to respect that I'm training here." That's not training -- that's arrogance and a lack of professionalism. No member should be told to "respect" a trainer's misuse of equipment. This kind of behavior makes the gym feel unwelcoming, especially when trainers are supposed to set the example. I spoke to the assistant manager, who admitted this was not standard practice and said he'd handle it -- but it's not the first time this has happened with this same trainer. If management doesn't step up and enforce basic gym etiquette, this place is going to lose good members.

Back over 15 years ago, I started Jillian Michaels' videos and I've been pretty fanatical about her style/method throughout the years. Less than a year ago, we relocated to the Bryant area and I had heard about this gym from some coworkers. This past April I decided to give it a try, and what a GREAT decision that turned out to be!! Although, I had worked out consistently for 5-6 days/week over the years, most of my workouts were the Jillian or Autumn Calabrese Beachbody videos. Most of these workouts were only 30 minute long videos (a few were an hour), and turns out that I just THOUGHT I had been working out. McClure has taken my fitness journey to a whole other level!! The first few months kicked my butt, but in the best way possible!! I got so much stronger than I ever even thought possible and am now in the best shape that I've EVER been in before at 35 years old. The atmosphere is relaxed, yet challenging--and it's a total "no excuses" vibe which I love!! Need modifications? The instructors would be more than happy to provide them. Since I always did the workout videos in my living room, I considered myself a lone wolf exerciser and wasn't sure how I'd like the group environment. It's awesome!! There's a total supportive atmosphere to so many people giving it their all on the gym floor together. Definitely strength in numbers & an accountability factor. Sometimes, I try to feed off of competitiveness, as well, like trying to be as fast as this person or that. It really pushes me compared to my old school living room workout videos. My advice to anyone seeking a place to workout is to give it a try. I suggest trying more than one class because the classes that are offered are so diverse and versatile. Don't make your judgment on one visit. When I started, I got a punch card for 10 classes and tried numerous classes to hit on instructors who matched the style/intensity that I was looking for. I feel like that's a good route to go because they all have different things to offer. Also, the owner of the gym definitely "practices what she preaches" and for me that is so important. She's always been welcoming and happy to help with any question I've had during this process. For once in my life, I actually LOOK like someone who works out 5-6 days/week and, no doubt, that is 100% due to McClure!!

For people who don't know about OTF, it's basically a 1-hour "one and done" workout that includes cardio and strength training. You cycle between treadmills, rowing machines, and the weight floor. Every class is either strength, power, or endurance. No class is the same, which keeps your body guessing and your mind interested. You wear a fitness band so you can hold yourself accountable by seeing your performance data on a screen - this isn't about competing with the person next to you, but about you having the information you need to perform at your peak. If you haven't worked out in awhile and this sounds intense, don't run away! There are people of all ages and fitness levels, and the coaches give great instructions on how to modify the news. No judgement here! I've been to Orangetheory studios all around the states, but really love this one. Here is what sets this location apart. - Mary Kathryn runs everything so smoothly and removes all administrative burdens so clients only have to worry about working their hardest in class! - The coaches are amazing - Amber is my usual coach and motivates all of us to go hard. Love that she calls us out by name to give us a little boost. Her song selections are great! - The community seems to be strong at this location - every class the instructor will ask us to introduce ourselves to the person next to us, which creates a friendly and supportive environment. - The studio is always sparkling clean and beautiful. The equipment is always in perfect condition and overall it feels luxurious. This is a lot to say about a place where people routinely go to sweat their faces off!
