After providing her information, they were able to schedule an appointment for the very next afternoon at 1:30 p.m.--a huge relief given the urgency. When we arrived around 1:00 p.m., check-in was smooth and efficient. As a new patient, I filled out the necessary forms on an iPad, and the front desk staff made the process easy. By 1:18 p.m., she was called back for an X-ray so Dr. Nguyen could evaluate her injury. Shortly afterward, we were brought into an exam room, and within minutes, Dr. Nguyen joined us. He introduced himself warmly, reviewed the X-rays with care, and clearly explained the available treatment options. From start to finish, every interaction--from the initial phone call to check-in and the doctor's visit--was professional, efficient, and compassionate. The entire staff was courteous and understanding, and Dr. Nguyen's calm, knowledgeable approach made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Overall, this clinic exceeded expectations.
