A few stretches and exercises and they send me home with home exercises and that's it. Not here!!! Dr. Chris Pate spent almost 2 hours with me on my first visit and measured and recorded everything to help me in my quest for a pain free life! He was personable, interested, thorough, gentle, and VERY PROFESSIONAL! He actually LISTENED to me and asked me questions to determine how to go forward. The entire staff, including Sebastian and Avery, were so kind and very interested in my journey! If you need a place that will help you, PLEASE go to Stratton! They WILL help you!

Transformative Recovery at Catalyst Physical Therapy - Highly Recommended!…read moreI had been unable to walk or bear weight on my right leg for two full years, with my muscles atrophied to the point where I relied on a walker for mobility. My first experience with another physical therapy group lasted 8.5 months, but their mundane exercises lacked focus on rehabilitating my hip, leaving me no closer to independence--I was still dependent on the walker. Switching to Catalyst Physical Therapy was a game-changer. In just 10 weeks, I've made incredible progress and am on the verge of ditching the walker in favor of a cane. This milestone feels monumental! I have nothing but praise for the therapists at Catalyst. Walking into the waiting room, you'll often hear unsolicited endorsements from other patients--about half the time, someone will chime in, declaring it the best physical therapy they've ever experienced, with results far superior to anywhere else. What sets Catalyst apart is Jorge Guerrero's leadership in selecting and overseeing a team of exceptional therapists who truly understand injuries, the human body, and the precise rehabilitation needed. Their treatments are targeted, goal-oriented, and designed to restore normal function by addressing the specific areas requiring attention. Based on my transformative journey, there's no other physical therapy practice I'd trust or recommend more highly. I give Catalyst Physical Therapy the highest possible rating--5 stars all the way! If you're seeking real results, this is the place to go.

Catalyst Physical Therapy, led by Jorge Guerrero, PT, is the BEST. After a few negative experiences…read morewith other PT clinics, I was resistant to seeking help. But I worked for a rehab therapy agency for 11 years and saw how much good comes when patients are treated by A+ therapists. In May 2021 I fell in the shower and tore my rotator cuff after already struggling with frozen shoulder; I needed pain relief and rehab STAT. I was evaluated and treated by Michael Landin, PT, and depended on him for pain relief for two years. After shoulder rehab ended, my whole body needed a lot of attention, but no matter what we tried I wasn't really improving. When Mike left in April of 2023, I transferred to Jorge, because I had watched him for two years and knew he was the best PT I had ever seen, and, well, only the best for this princess! TBH, I was so loyal to Mike that it took me some time to trust Jorge completely but letting him treat me was definitely the right decision. Jorge works hard to figure out my weird body, and I am extremely grateful for his sharp skills and superior knowledge. He has helped me make so much progress and I can finally feel and see the difference in my body. I now trust him implicitly and credit him with helping me more than any health care practitioner ever has. I seek to surround myself with people who inspire me and Jorge does so without fail WHILE helping me heal and figure out my body's quirks. I usually leave feeling like I learned something and can grow into a healthier version of me. Obviously, I am a believer and could proselytize all day, but the bottom line is you should consider this place if you need PT, you WILL NOT be sorry!

They scheduled me without confirming my insurance was out of network. As someone in the medical field, I believe patients should be treated with respect and educated on their benefits before any treatment. That didn't happen here--they completed treatment without properly explaining costs, leaving me with an unexpected bill. Great doctor, but the front desk needs better communication and training.

Working with Dr. JoLynn Rodriguez completely changed that trajectory for me. From the start, she listened carefully, understood my goals, and created a thoughtful plan that balanced recovery with rebuilding strength. Every session felt purposeful and encouraging. She took the time to explain what we were doing and why, and adjusted my program as I improved so that I could safely return to running. What stood out most was how invested she was in helping me get back to the sport I love, not just functioning day to day, but truly running again. Thanks to her expertise and support, I've returned back from barely being able to run short distances to completing a half marathon and looking forward to training for my next full marathon. I'm incredibly grateful for her knowledge, patience, and encouragement along the way. I highly recommend Dr. Rodriguez and Promotion Physical Therapy.

Quite honestly, I can't imagine a better place or staff to assist with my rehabilitation needs…read more From our very first visit to our very last, Forte Rehabilitation was kind, courteous and attentive to our needs. From allowing us to do pay-ahead billing to greeting us by name on each and every visit, Forte was fabulous. A few additional items of note. First, unlike most clinics that have a small window overlooking a parking lot, Forte has huge picture windows overlooking a beautiful golf course. Outside the windows you'll see squirrels and birds such as hummingbirds and even brilliantly red cardinals. You might even see a few duffers hacking away and tearing up the turf. Second, parking is easy and plentiful - we never had an issue finding a space right up front. One other thing to mention - their hours. Forte has, at least in my experience, rather late hours. My wife had a couple of appointments where she didn't leave until 5:30PM. The entire staff is amazing. Thank you Sonja for being kind and compassionate to my wife's needs not to mention your patience in dealing with her language barrier issues. Rachel, you often checked in and seemed genuinely interested in my wife's progress. We appreciate that greatly. Diana, the PTA, was also a pleasure to work with and always had kind words of encouragement. Lastly, Grace, sorry for breaking the credit card machine... But seriously, thank you for your kind and courteous nature and in dealing with our insurance issues. You explained things to us which made the process easier to tolerate. In closing, Forte Rehabilitation Clinic has an amazing staff, a beautiful view looking out over a golf course and plenty of parking. They create a very welcoming environment by greeting you by name and checking in on you when another therapist is tending to your rehabilitation. The staff works extra hard in sorting out your insurance which I greatly appreciated. I would return to Forte Rehabilitation without hesitation. Thank you Forte!
