Rudely she replied, "we can just terminate your therapy." She didn't ask why I needed to cancel. I was ready to reschedule due to work commitments out of town but with the attitude she gave me, no thanks. Even as I left, my therapist asked if I wanted to schedule more visits but I told him no thanks. I hope she owns the place because she totally cost Results money by running patients off. My therapist, Michael, was great but they really need to screen the folks they put at the front desk.

I could barely even dress myself. I couldn't even get a good nights sleep due to pain. I knew my primary care would only try pain meds or physical therapy before referring me for surgery on the rotator cuff. I was referred by a coworker to ARP Wave. They worked to heal the scar tissue in my muscles and then built the muscles back up stabilize the shoulder. They then gave me exercises to keep this from happening again. I would highly recommend them to anyone who would rather heal naturally than resort to surgery and meds to mask the pain.

They scheduled me without confirming my insurance was out of network. As someone in the medical field, I believe patients should be treated with respect and educated on their benefits before any treatment. That didn't happen here--they completed treatment without properly explaining costs, leaving me with an unexpected bill. Great doctor, but the front desk needs better communication and training.
