I chose Encore Rehab in Priceville, Al for my physical therapy after shoulder surgery to repair a…read moretorn rotor cuff and bicep tear. I have nothing but praise for the Priceville, AL staff. Hannah was my personal therapist and it became apparent early on that she knew her stuff. My therapy was 12 weeks in duration and Hannah was careful to move me along slowly being a 70 year old male in relatively good shape. At the end of twelve weeks I had complete motion in my shoulder and she provided home exercises during and post therapy. My shoulder Doc was very impressed with my progress and after my second post op visit said he did not need to see me anymore. You could not ask for a friendlier staff. I had over thirty therapy appointments and was notified the day before each one and rarely had to wait to get started. Unfortunately, I am a candidate for knee replacement surgery in the not too distant future but I know where I am going for therapy. ENCORE. Thanks Hannah, Monica, Laken and Danielle!!

For the charges presented I got very little benefit. I also found the admin help a bit dismissive. I asked for management when I received a half hour session when I was scheduled for an hour, they just chuckled and looked at me as if to say they could care less what I wanted. I would not recommend this group to anyone needing extensive therapy.
