I've tried calling this company multiple times and have not received a single call back. I've been in need of service and have called every day, but the owner never responds or returns my messages. I really hate to leave a bad review for this company. We had water damage occur to our kitchen. The owner, Kevin, came out for the estimate. We really wanted to do business with him and his company. They seem like great people. It has been a month and I keep getting excuses as to why we haven't received the estimate. The biggest being that because of the recent rains they have been very busy. I get that, but the rains didn't happen until two weeks after he came by our house. All I wanted was the estimate in order to get the ball rolling with the insurance company, I wasn't even expecting him to do the work until the insurance approved the estimate. I am the owner of the above reviewed job, property. The review was written by the tenant who actually did not contract with or pay Restore Tech. She has resided there through the resolution of this problem and has been inconvenienced and unhappy. I would like to point out that Restore Tech was not hired to remove the infestation but to ameliorate the aftermath. I have spoken to them and believe they deserve a chance and are eager to correct this problem to my satisfaction. They will be returning this week to take care of it. read more

We had a major stinky "flood" in our crawlspace that required emergency disaster clean-up and restoration. We talked with 3 different providers, and selected Restore Tech to do the job. Kevin's prompt response, and professional, friendly and helpful manner sold us on Restore Tech. Kevin and his team were wonderful to work with. We needed to be out of the home for over a week while work was being done. We received a call at least daily to update us on findings and progress. Kevin was also able to promptly source a plumber for us to assist with a related problem while we were still waiting for quotes and insurance decisions. Kevin worked closely with our insurance adjuster - providing pictures to clarify the scope of the problem and obtain excellent help from our insurance company. Once all work was completed, the clean-up was handled - again promptly and professionally. A lot of mud needed to be brought up from the crawlspace access in a small closet. Kevin and his team thoroughly cleaned everything, and then re-painted the entire inside of the closet and also touched up a few places that were worn, but not a result of their work! Needless to say, while we hope we don't need the services of Restore Tech again, if needed, they would be our first, and last, call! We highly recommend this company with its well trained and knowledgeable team. read more

I can't say enough good things about these guys. We are in a new build home that's still under warranty and our builder called these guys for us. We found out last night about a leak and David & Saul came in first thing this morning to help detect where the leak was coming from and to figure out where the damage was contained to using some heat sensing instruments. These guys were incredibly professional and took their time testing. When they started removing drywall to get to the damage, everything was cut with clean lines and care and no mess was made. They have HEPA filters on their vacuum units so dust was kept to a minimum. Once they got into the wall, they couldn't pinpoint where exactly the leak was coming from and stayed for a long time to try and mimic the leak we had last night. We still didn't find where the leak was coming from but these guys gave me their cell phones to call once the leak was found and we're ready to have them come patch up the drywall again. These guys were thorough, meticulous and knowledgeable. They were also incredibly sensitive to the fact that we are frustrated homeowners with a leak in our house 2 weeks before Christmas and made us feel like we are cared for and heard. We had water damage to our rental our insurance company had restore tech come out and pack load and move all of our stuff due to the home not being livable any longer. The company did a really poor job from communicating with us on what we should be doing and what was going to be happening. The guys packing would say one thing and 3 hours later it would be another thing. I finally contacted my adjuster for problems And let her know what was going on because they were not communicating with her correctly either. We had damages To our dryer and two days later they brought us up a loaner dryer so I didn't have to keep going to the laundry mat until our part was replaced the part was ordered two weeks later they came to put the new part in only to have ordered the wrong part waited another 3 weeks for the right part to come in. After having my baby I started unpacking stuff to find more things broken from the packing job I contacted Kevin like he told me to do and no response what's so ever contacted the company in Fresno no response what's so ever. Between the communicating problems over the month of my experience and the broken items that meant something to me I would never use this company or recommend them to anyone. read more
