Everything is reasonably priced and John and his team really seem to know their stuff, so even if you don't have a clue about cars, you're bound to wind up finding exactly what you need. Ample off-road parking is available right outside the store and several bus stops are within walking distance, so you'll have no trouble getting there either. The staff are great, the atmosphere inside is pleasant and John's stock is exceptional. If ever you're suffering from car troubles, you really can't go far wrong here.

The staff are friendly and know a lot about the products they are selling, which is great news as you can have go in with any problem and they will endeavour to help you out with it! They will even come out and look at your car if they think it will help them help you! Now thats great service. If they themsleves do not know the answer they will ring up their own customer services to see if they can help sort it too! The shop stocks lots of products that are for cars, such as oil, windscreen wiper blade replacements and paints. They also sell a host of modding parts too. Motor world also sell alloy wheels and stereos along with satnavs. They have an online store which is also very good. tehy have competitive prices as well, especially with the like of Halfords who do try to rip you off with some of their gear. This shop is not super huge but does cram loads into it. There is evenparking outside, but your lucky if you get a space!

He had my car (bmw 5 series) for a full week and i seriously could not believe my eyes when I went back to pick it up. This man is in a completely different league to any of the other detailers I have used in the past. the results were truly staggering. To be honest I was going to sell the car after it was done which is why I went there in the first place but now I've seen it there's no way I'm selling it now. It's like my car is actually made of glass and everyone always comments on how amazing my car looks considering it is nearly 14 years old. It looks better than when it was brand new. i don't know how he does it but you can tell just by talking to him that he puts his heart and soul into every car he works on. Highly recommended and theres no way I will ever take my car anywhere else now I've found this one in a million detailer. And to top it all off, he's a Black Country bloke through and through. What more could you ask for. First class work and brilliant customer service Well done Rich

They offer a Burger King, Costa Coffee and WH Smiths on both sides, with the pleasing addition of an M&S and a (slightly less pleasing) Travelodge on the southbound services. Alas, there is no bridge to connect the north and south services. If you are travelling north and fancy a humus and carrot dipper for the road you are, quite frankly, screwed. Thankfully, there are petrol facilities on both sides They aren't exactly pretty, but who really cares about such fripperies when it comes to motorway services?

Since the re-fit it is much bigger, the range is better and is generally more pleasant to walk around (except on Saturdays).
