The only way I could still get the $10-per-unit price was if I switched to a different product than the one I originally signed up for and preferred. They sprung this on me the morning of my last appointment. When I told them I didn't want the other product and was willing to pay extra for the Botox I preferred, they told me they were out of stock and hadn't received their shipment that morning. At this point, I was so irritated and I decided that I was never gonna come back again and I never did. At my first appointment, they completely messed up my mouth and then tried to gaslight me into believing it was something I had done in my sleep, rather than admitting they had injected the wrong muscle, which made my mouth completely crooked. By my last appointment--when they had already lost my trust--they ended up botching my forehead as well. I had to go to a different place in Calabasas to have it fixed. The staff is really sweet, and I wish them the best, but they need more training or should work somewhere more professional where they can learn to inject properly and not scam people. I completed my forms online at home as requested, but was asked to do it again upon arrival. Two nurses met me and reviewed my forms. I was asked what I came in for and I said I want to find out what you offer and that I know I'm dehydrated as a result of new medicine. One nurse asked if I had other issues. She suggested I try the Fitness Recovery IV therapy. When asked what was in it she mentioned multiple B vitamins which I was advised by a doctor not to load up on. When I asked if she was a PA she responded that she was an RN. She then advised I needed a consult with some other initials I didn't recognize (not MD, PA, NP). I definitely felt uneasy in this situation and that if I didn't ask questions, they weren't going to do a thorough job. I was not confident in the care being offered so I left. This was not well-coordinated, reliable or trustworthy in my opinion.

I call them back and nobody picked up, but there was an option to text with them. So I sent three follow up questions. None of the questions had anything to do with me or my anatomy. So you tell me why I have to spend a $100 for a "consultation" to find out if numbing is included in the price, if they use the actual body handpiece and not the smaller face one, and how deep they go. So if the first thing they tell me, during this consult, is that no, they do not use the actual body handpiece and I dont want their services then poof! There goes my $100. Why on earth would I spend $100 for them to answer basic questions they *should* answer for any prospective client. I just moved to the area and im so disappointed. Way to lose a really good potential client. As a business owner myself I am truly shocked at the ridiculousness of all of this. Id rather pay more elsewhere than go here and be treated poorly.
