We just received the bill for the remaining balance yesterday. We were shocked that we owe nearly $800 out of pocket for a consultation. After calling and asking further information we are still subject to pay this exorbitant amount. The company's website is misleading that they say they will get pre-approval from insurance companies. While they may do this, they do not get pre-approval from the actual patient. They just send you an outrageous bill. I would avoid this establishment at all costs unless you would like to be swindled. I will be looking into further ways of warning people or reporting this organization.

As a person with depression and anxiety I was very comfortable there. My legs look good and feel great and I'm not even done healing yet. We shall see what happens when I get the final bill, but as of right now I am very happy I went there. I actually went to Vein Healthcare Center first and they were the worst medical staff I've ever dealt with, I left that consult while calling Advanced Vein to set up a new appointment. The difference between the two facilities was night and day. When it comes to healthcare costs these days, I feel like it's sort of like speeding, a lot of places are just keeping with the flow of traffic, it might still be wrong but there is much worse out there. Vein Healthcare Center charged me about $180 for doing absolutely literally nothing. Plus they took me in late. Advanced Vein Center was on time, knew what was going on, I had multiple people working on me and checking things out, who were the same people that saw me through my treatments. They were all fantastic and never gave me a cause for concern. Best bedside manners I've experienced. I was a person not a wallet.

I explained that I been experiencing chronic leg and foot pain for a few weeks and my mind (as always ) goes to the worst case scenario.
