Just left and feel so good! I got the b12 and tried the cryotherapy. I did 2.5 minutes and have to say...it's pretty awesome! My body temp went from 84 degrees and after to 50! Very interesting feeling but I felt so good after. I really appreciated how attentive and caring the staff are. I didn't feel pressured into buying more, but instead felt very comfortable and welcomed. They have a lot of different options to be choose from for your health and wellness. They also have some incredible packages right now. Facials, infrared, cryo and more! Needless to say I ended up buying a package for myself because of the receptionist. Not because she pushed me into buying, quite the opposite. We just had a chat about all the different things they offer and she was very personable. Excited to come back here in the near future. Had the opportunity to visit the Redondo Beach location. I am a member in Florida but do travel often to California for work. Decided to stop in briefly to get familiar with the new system of using other locations besides my "home" one. The staff was so friendly! I was able to book an IV that same day. Jordyn the RN was super friendly and recommended some ingredients in my IV. She even added the red light to my service. Left feeling amazing and slept so good last night! It took forever to be seen, front desk is rude, couldn't find my vein for IV therapy, didn't offer intramuscular option until I did and then the front desk woman said I would need to wait after I'd already been there for almost 2 hrs!! I am furious. I signed up with my phone number on Instagram after seeing an ad for a HydraFacial. They advertised it for $150 as a premium on Instagram but charged me $180 in person. For months, I endured harassing texts every day, asking when I would come in to book an appointment. Finally, I agreed, only to be told upon arrival that I couldn't have the facial due to a shellfish allergy. I explained it was mild and that I had just had a HydraFacial a month ago. I've had many before. I booked it from downtown LA and left my job early for this. Spare me the liability excuses. They could have offered another facial or treatment. If you're looking for a healing place for Infared sauna & red light therapy, this might not be the place for you. The Infared sauna is a small private sauna for sitting, not large enough to lay down or put your feet up in. The red light therapy is in a separate room & is a separate service. Coming in to my first appointment, I opened the door and walked in & the front desk associate, Tami, was talking to the 3 staff members/one owner that were seated in all the waiting area seats. She didn't stop her conversation with them. And only looked at me. Taking a slight pause from her conversation, she didn't welcome me in, just said hello. I told her I was there for my 5:10 appt & before I could tell her my name, she continued her conversation with the staff members/owner. As I waited, a man walked in, the front desk associate greeted him by name & told him to go back. She told me the room wasn't ready & to have a seat. I looked at the seating area & all the seats were open. The only seats open were in the corner by the front desk, so I sat & waited for 10 minutes. When it was, Tami came out & said 'are you ready?' On the way to the sauna, realized I forgot a hair tie & asked if they had them available & they did not. Tami asked the owner & graciously she offered a clean one of her own. When brought to the sauna room, I was surprised how small the sauna was- I had come opening weekend but wasn't able to go in the room as it was occupied. She gave a high level overview of the sauna, asked what color light I wanted. I noticed the light therapy chart on the wall & was grateful to be reminded of the different healing of light colors- great info to post in the room. She told me there was no electronics or water allowed in the sauna as it would melt- this seemed odd as I bring in both of these at the sauna at Perspire & they don't melt. She asked me if I was going to shower, which I thought was an unnecessary question as the shower is part of the room & I should be free to shower if I want, then she advise if I do only to rinse with water. And right as she was leaving, I asked her how long it was & she noted it was 45 minutes, which she said- oh yeah, let me make sure the sauna is on & turned it on for the 45minutes! She told me to lock the door behind her & she left. She never once said my name. I could not get into a zone in the sauna, besides it being small, I could hear the ladies outside talking. The temperature was a bit surprising to me, it never got above 133, even though it was set to 170. When I finished Katie was there too greet me & what a breath of fresh air she is! She asked how my session was & how I felt. She showed me where the water station was & didn't rush me, even though it was a little after 6pm and they were closed. I voiced my concerns to her and she said she would talk to the owner. I will not be going back to use the Infared sauna for healing. read more

I am glad my husband and tried out this place and now WE ARE HAPPY MEMBERS. Based on trying out their Core Services, Specialty Services and IV THERAPY I am able to decide for myself which ones are my favorites. (Tip: Must try all services everyone!) How I wish I can go after work though but they close at 6 pm during weekdays. Adding these services to my health routine there is no doubt I am giving myself the edge to heal inside out. I was getting an IV drip here which I do all the time and I was asking about the Cryoskin facials. They brought in the esthetician(I think her name was Hasel) who was extremely rude and seemed as if she did not want me to do the service so I decided not to maybe it was a bad day but very negative mannerisms. My first experience at Restore and I was pleasantly surprised. Didn't really know what to expect but heard about all of the treatments to aid, heal and recover. As a very active 63 year old, I needed some love to sooth sore muscles and recent aches and pains. When I learned that in addition to cryotherapy, IV Drips full of much needed nutrients and compression therapy, they have a number of modalities to help knock some years off. Went in for a Cryo Facial. Booked an appointment and was rescheduled 3 times so waited 45 days for the actual appointment. Needless to say, when I got there it was crowded and during facial, I heard people in the hallway very loud so not too relaxing. It was a few passes of what felt like an ice cube and over with $245 price for 40 min. Way overpriced too overbooked short staffed. Lady that did my facial was 10 out of 10 Saffa was amazing but the establishment not very much. I have been going to Restore Hyper Wellness in Redondo Beach for over a month now. The staff; (Michele, owner) Katie, Maddie, Tracey, Amy and Gabrielle, the nurses...Are the coolest, most efficient, fun loving staff EVER! I have terminal cancer currently, spreading through my spine, bones and blood. I decided to use their services to make me feel good. After having SEVERAL rounds of chemo and radiation, I am here to tell you, THIS is how I choose to spend my time to feel good! I was apprehensive about Cryotherapy and Katie got me psyched to do it. I LOVE it. I feel so rejuvenated, free of anxiety, and ready to party!!! The staff is so informative, and as I have many questions, if the staff is unsure how to respond; they get on the phone in order to find the answer for me. They say they are inspired by me...Let me tell you, this is the most motivated and most inspiring staff I have worked with. From the first visit, they make you feel like family. Absolutely will take my time to give this place a review. Went in one weekend morning to check it out, and was told they had a special on Hydrafacials. I haven't tried one yet so was excited to try. Then they make me spend 10 minutes of my time setting up a profile with them to schedule the appointment and ask me to store a credit card on file, which I decline to do. After all that, they tell me they rarely have an aesthetician at that location, so I'll have to book a few weeks out and wait for the facial. Okkkk... guess I'll do that then. Since it was a few weeks out and I have a weirder and busier schedule than most, I changed the time of the appointment about a week before. Hung up the call with their associate saying, "Great, we'll see you Saturday." Saturday comes and I arrive at my appointment. I'm told that my facial has been canceled and there is no one there to perform it! Then told they called to confirm my appointment with me several times (???), that there was no voicemail set up, and that they couldn't leave a message so they canceled my appointment. Beyond belief. After I planned it for several weeks and just confirmed it days before? After I had no missed calls from their business and no voicemails? After I have a voicemail that is set up and functioning perfectly fine? After most businesses use automated text messaging to confirm? That aside- even if I had not been able to reply, how does a business just cancel your appointment?! I have at times in my life not had time to confirm an appointment with a business and never, ever have they simply canceled an already scheduled appointment. My understanding has always been that the confirmations are a courtesy. If you need to put something in place as a business, have a reasonable no show or late cancellation fee. Heck, charge 100% of the cost of the service if you'd like! But don't do this nonsense. I'll get a facial at any of the other gazillion spas in LA. Such a poor business model and such terrible customer service for a competitive wellness market! read more
