I walked into her room where she asked me how I was doing and actually listen to what I had to say. Thanks for that. She got done with my eyebrows pretty quickly, and did a phenomenal job. It was technically the most I've ever spent on getting my eyebrows threaded, but her service and speed was worth it. I liked that she didn't go over my eyebrows so many times; she said it helps with keeping them from getting AS irritated. I look forward to seeing if I still get those bumps. Like I normally do with my normal Lady . Thank you lovely for a great first experience. And if I'm in the area, I'll come back.

It was my first time getting microblading done, and it's only day 3 of healing so I will post photos later once they heal, but I was so impressed with how she shaped and manicured my brows. I already have "good brows" (I'm Armenian), but I am also blonde and the ends get funky and so rather than laminating them, I decided to try microblading. I am a podcast personality, and I /hate/ having to do crazy makeup detailing, so I am hoping this will help me feel more put together without the hassle. So far, so good!

But u didn't care about that either. Your lack of empathy & compassion for others is truly astounding & I am shocked that someone who claims to want to help others & works in the beauty industry like I thought that u did, doesn't have those same qualities or sense of integrity @ all , as I would hoped it would align with me, & who I am as a person, & the people that I want to be around . Literally my eyebrows look horrible. it truly doesn't look like u did anything @ all. &I am so disappointed & beyond depressed about it. I should have saw this all coming when it took me 6+ weeks to not only get ahold of u(because that was just a complete & utter nightmare in itself!) but with how hard it was to get u to respond to me @all, & confirm an appointment date (because you kept canceling on me, & needing to reschedule 2-3 times before our first meeting) Then after our first appointment, I messaged u almost immediately &told u how disappointed I was. I told u how they were not what I wanted and they were peeling horribly. U kept gaslighting me & making me think that was normal &they would "brighten up" the next couple days. But they definitely did not. it only got worse & worse. Until there was nothing there .... u couldn't tell I ever went in to have them done @ all. i sent you multiple texts and pictures expressing this & asking you if we could make another appointment, yet every time we made one, u would just have some new excuse as to why you weren't going to be able to make it to it. &we would reschedule, & AGAIN, u would cancel and tell me yet another excuse as to why we had to cancel. U strung me along for almost all of October & all of November. And then I even continued to message u throughout December, & even 2x more in January. And u just never responded @ that point. Which is a shitty feeling. It's clear u don't give a shit about your customers or about helping them feel more confident &comfortable in their own skin. You were not only misleading , but u make it very apparent how unimportant &truly insignificant your customers (&their needs) are to u. I would have liked to believe that someone who works in the industry that u do, would be more concerned with empowering other woman, & making sure that they not only feel like the person who they are entrusting to make them feel comfortable &confident with the way they look, but that person would be more concerned with making sure they are feeling validated by u. Not just ignored & shown that u really don't give a shit about them, or what u do for a living. U seem so disinterested in actually helping me fix my eyebrows, &everything u have said &done since we first met, has been nothing short of disingenuous @ best. I truly am not only disappointed but disgusted that another woman could treat other women with such disrespect & carelessness. U are not a brow technician, u are a theif & that is blatantly obvious just by reading other women's comments about how horribly untreated them, &how truly awful their experiences were with u. There are dozens & dozens of others who share my anger, dissatisfaction & disappointment with not only the "work" (if you can even call it that) you did, but with how horribly you treated us throughout the entire process. How hard it was to get ahold of u for our follow up/next step, & how hard you made it to even be able to be seen by you in the first place, let alone the follow up appointment. U take no accountability whatsoever, and just continuously make excuses for your horrible behavior and customer service. U try and gaslight your customers &make them feel like they are the ones who are in the wrong, but we all know that is not even close to being true. U are a complete &utter disgrace to the beauty industry &I am truly disgusted to be the same gender, let alone species as someone who is so careless, cruel, &unwilling to even make an attempt @being able to empathize with others. Everything you've done & said since day 1 has been so dishonest & misleading. I would NEVER recommend u to ANYONE! Especially a profession that requires compassion, empathy, respect, kindness & accountability, because u share absolutely NONE of those attributes. &I am ashamed to ever have put a $ in your hand, &supported your thievery @ all. I hope u get the Karma that is about to be coming your way. Because it is going to come back ten fold &I hope u will be humbled by it!
