Some of…read moremy favorite dishes included the chicken gizzards, the scrambled eggs and ham, and pork ribs with migas. The chicken gizzards were super tender, and I enjoyed the spicy tomato sauce that went with it. The eggs had some salty sausage on top that paired well with the creamy eggs. I really enjoyed the migas. It had a nice garlic taste, and was covered in aged sausage slices. The food could have been more warm though; a lot of the dishes were room temperature.
