They serve us focaccia bread, pretty tasty, and some (way too salty) fried onion pieces. To eat, I had pasta alla ruota con truffle oil. Absolutely amazing! Creamy and filling. They give house focaccia bread with onion crisps and butter! That was soo delicious!! Everything together is *chefs kiss*! For appetizers we got the arancini Nero which was the squid ink risotto with octopus inside! It was so good!! We also ordered the mozzarella and tomato which is like a caprese salad but served hot!! We also got the gnocchi with Gouda and the de fungi pasta! Both were sooooooo good!!! It looks so simple but it's packs the flavor!! Also got the octopus risotto with the side salad. We were thinking that maybe we will skip the side salad because we have so much food, but we tried it and it didn't disappoint!! The dressing was so simple but so good!! Of course we also got the fig pizza and that was also *chefs kiss* as well! Everything from the fig, to the Gorgonzola cheese, to the honey and arugula, and down to the pizza crust were all sooo well put together!!! Last but not least, we also got the tiramisu!! It was a must!!! Even though we were so full, we had to get the dessert for the full experience!! The restaurant was really nice and had a great date night feeling! It's like you just stepped away to Italy for a little bit while having dinner! Workers were friendly and some spoke English as well so we were very grateful! Overall one of the best experience at an Italian restaurant!! If you're in the area, definitely check them out! You will not be disappointed!!

We were told to come here by Our nice who lives in the city and who frequents this place. Reservations recommended. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly host who leads us for a very safety COVID protocols. never experienced this in the States. Once inside, the manager Miguel who was very attentive and professional walked us to the terrace and guide us to seat next to the bar! The place has a complete large full bar very modern and yet trendy, great for drinks, dinner and nice music. We were offered one of their signature drinks made with Mezcal cucumber and pineapple juices with a garnish made of crushed pancetta, salt and chili a must try! As an appetizer we were offered wooden tray of shaved prosciutto and bread, very delightful !! we also ordered eggplant with provolone cheese, it was very good and baby octopus on top of a oven roasted potatoes this is to die for. Enough for the night. Great service by our waiter who you can tell that was well trained and no how to describe the food that was served. To top it off we ordered a a couple of desserts, Tiramisu a must try and a mousse made with goat cheese with guava purée and hibiscus exceptional !! For digestion we had their signature limoncello!!! the best way to finish our unique dinner! The Chef -Owner Julian who we found out that he is one the the best chefs in Mexico who won many international awards and the manager Miguel came by to our table to thank us for coming to their unique restaurant-Bar. Their wine Cellar is impressive and trendy Great for an special occasion or focelebration. We wanted to try some other signature dishes that they are famous for specially their pasta dishes but Unfortunately that was enough for the night. Can't wait to come back to try their famous dishes at this Outstanding restaurant- bar. A Tru gem in the middle of Roma's neighborhood in Mexico City. We recommend this place A must try!!!!

My friends and I spent 10 days in CDMX, and this ended up being our least favorite meal of the trip. None of the dishes were bad, but it really wasn't anything to write home about either. There wasn't a single item that felt memorable or worth going back for. On a scale of 1-10 I'd give it a solid 6.5. Given the incredible food scene in CDMX and the price point here, this is a place I'd likely skip in the future.

Not flashy for the sake of it, just really thoughtful cooking where the ingredients actually get to speak. The seasoning was dialed in across the board, which is usually where places like this can miss, but they didn't. Everything tasted clean, balanced, and precise. Technique was clearly there, but never forced. Nothing felt overworked or trying too hard to impress. It's the kind of meal where you realize halfway through that you're just enjoying everything without overanalyzing it. Wine list deserves a callout too. Really well curated, with options that pair naturally with the food instead of overpowering it. This is one of those spots that doesn't try to wow you with intensity. It wins you over with restraint and execution. And when it's done this well, that's more impressive. Would absolutely go back.

The dishes are classic Italian pastas and entrées with lots of choices. My husband got Pasta Bolognese and I ordered Spinach Cannelloni--both very good. We got a piece of lasagne to go for a midnight snack during our stay and it was delicious too! We went back a second night and we tried one of the unique polenta dishes they have created and it was super-yummy. We had a couple salads that were excellent as well. Right as were seated I noticed the manager (guessing he was the manager as he was dressed in a suit unlike the waiters) hovering very creepy over our table. I asked for a wine list of wines they offered by the glass. My wife had a vodka/soda. The manager says they don't have a list. I then asked what wines they offered by the glass. He says none. I ask him if I can have a glass of Chardonnay . He brings a bottle and I taste test it. It's okay so he pours around two ounces in my glass . He then continues to hover and stare. I ask the waiter what the typical pour is for a glass of wine and he says TWO ounces. At this point I just ask for the bill. We will never know if the food was any good or not. However if the managers service attitude is any indication!!! VERY CREEPY MAN
