This is a very popular place with the locals. In a restaurant with over forty Friday night diners, my Wifey and I were the only Anglos in there, and that heightened the anticipation for din-din. Patience paid off, because this was some of the most incredible Mex we've had in Central WA. I ordered Chicharrones in Salsa Verde, and that's something you are not going to find in your favorite neighborhood Mex joint when you take grandma out to lunch. Spec-tac-u-lar. Be advised, the verde sauce here is not just hot--it's wicked hot. And you get a generous amount of fresh made tortillas for your meal, not just one or two. Wifey was in her happy place with what they call a Super Sope. It was plate-sized, and the marinated chicken was absolutely delicious. Everything was so, so fresh.
