Located right in downtown near the plaza mayor you can find Panchi. The place is always packed but service is really amazing and I mean fast and always with a smile, you have Pintxos or rations, I always go for the filled mushrooms ration and the Pintxos I recommend are: cojonuda (quail egg with a strip of pepper and a slice of morcilla) Tigre (veggy and mussel meat ). There are plenty of wines to choose from and prices are good, it is not the cheapest but it's food is worth it. You can also have lunch or dinner but better make a reservation because rarely they will have a place.

We cut of slices of meat and roasted these on this hot "stove" until ready according to personal preference. The corn was fresh and tasty and the grilled asparagus also quickly disappeared into our stomachs. The wine selection was good and we were happy with the restaurant's recommendation... :) While having dinner they charged the battery of my phone for me.
