I am not a big fan of buffets and I would…read moredefinitely prefer to order something from a menu, but the Chinese dishes they have there are really delicious and authentic. They have some of the classics, like sweet and sour pork, spicy beef and a succulent duck with stir fried vegetables. The spring rolls are vegetarian and sooo tasty. Some nice touches with the Cantonese style seafood, deep fried to golden perfection.
I did try the sushi and it seems a lot of fusion for me, with Mediterranean herbs or spices, cream cheese or so. But the usual suspects are there, like the tuna and salmon nigiri and the quality of the fish is very good, really fresh.
And for the price there is nothing to argue about, but this just doesn't matter, it's the authentic Chinese cuisine that wins the prize...
