She was a very good cook in her own right, and we lived near some of the best Chinese food in the world in Southern California. I can state unequivocally that this is the real deal! They use fresh ingredients, fresh oil, and the chef does a masterful job. We are spending 10 days here and have already eaten here twice with plans to eat here a couple more times despite the other excellent choices competing for our attention. All of the dishes were excellent. The plan was to leave enough for lunch tomorrow but that did not work out so well. We finished it all.
