Den Haag has a lot to offer and I recommend this Hilton to people visiting from the United States. The lobby is very nice and the staff are friendly. The rooms have been refreshed recently, new shower products are on the wall as opposed to those little bottles which were difficult to open or read the label in the shower.

The restaurant has an open plan with basically all glass walls, so the view is awesome. There are little fireplaces spread about, which is probably important in spring/fall and critical in winter. I wore a jacket in August, but it was pleasant. Food was excellent too. We had a big group of 7, got a lot of different apps and entrees, all were very good. We also knocked down a bunch of desserts and maybe a few beers. Full bar, the staff is standard "Dutch hospitable," which is pretty amazing (even coming from a part of the US famous for hospitality). We had a good time. I'd bring my family here.

This ment that there were really no one at the beach and we were basically alone in this chill place and good pick a nice spot where the wind didn't blow and the temperature seemed 10 over actual. I've been here twice and both times two young boys were serving us. They were super friendly and ALL about service. They gave my dog water, they made cocktails even though they didn't really serve cocktails and one even gave my friend a cigarette when she was looking to buy and couldn't find! Drinks were tasty and reasonably priced. Toilet free of charge for customers and were fresh (but then again, we were almost alone there so it really should be fresh ;)). The chillaxing sofas was awesome to jump up into, throw (yes throw!) of your shoes and just chill the afternoon away.

The som tam is very delicious and spicy, I was very happy with it. My friend was also very satisfied with her meal. The dinner co €21 for 2 ppl, so it was really a good price! We will surely come back next time! Update! I came back a week after my first visit. I had Phad Thai this time, unfortunately it was very disappointing. It is way too sweet and oily. No lime. It does not taste authentic at all. Worst phad thai I ever had. But I will still come back for the Som Tam and other meals!
