We ate in the homey restaurant side for a change of pace from our own hotel. Good built-in wooden benches, friendly musicians playing some loud accordion music; does feel like a holiday in the hills of Graubunden.
The local specialty Bünderteller is a selection of aged meats; while there are a few sticks of cheese for garnish, this certainly isn't a British ploughman's lunch. Might be a fun appetizer for a group of 6+, but it's definitely not what you want as your dinner. I know that now.
