I first discovered Bambu Bridge from Yelp, and there's not even a single photo or review on the page. But I am grateful that the cashier is really warm and friendly, so that I felt welcomed at the place. I ordered these four menus: - Crispy roast pork with BBQ sauce - Black pepper beef - Honey chicken (battered) - Special fried rice The crispy roast pork with BBQ sauce is amazing! It is so succulent and crispy at the same time. The BBQ sauce is wonderful. The sauce is light, sweet and savory. It was wonderful. The black pepper beef was also great. At the beginning, I thought that the dish has too much vegetables, but then, after I tasted the them, I changed my mind. The vegetables are really fresh; its bursting with flavors, and you can really feel the freshness lingering around your tastebuds. Both the honey chicken and special fried rice are also flavorful. All the foods are great, and the flavors compliment each other. Thus, I can conclude that this place is a dining experience that you have to try if you're around Mornington. Great food, great value, great service, and great location. I really recommend this place, wish I can go back there sometime soon. P.S. I really miss the pork. It is amazing.

I had to dip the noodles in the left over Hoisin Sauce to be able to handle it. --- Overall, the meal at Dragon Town wasn't awful. Everything was edible and the Peking Duck tasted good, but if you're looking for authenticity and the signature flavours Chinese food gives you, look elsewhere.
