The main issue I have with this place is that it's a poor excuse for being authentic. Ambiance: Elaborate decor with golden dragons and oriental chairs everywhere. Food: We went for Peking Duck w/ Pancakes and Beef Ho Fun (I don't know the English name for that, but it's flattened rice noodles with beef). The Peking Duck w/ Pancakes was not really authentic, but it was delicious anyway so I let that slide. The Beef Ho Fun however, was really bland. Ho Fun is supposed to be rich in flavour with sauces absorbed into the flat noodles in a deliciously greasy and glistening pile of happiness. We just had plain rice noodles with some beef and barely any flavour. I had to dip the noodles in the left over Hoisin Sauce to be able to handle it. --- Overall, the meal at Dragon Town wasn't awful. Everything was edible and the Peking Duck tasted good, but if you're looking for authenticity and the signature flavours Chinese food gives you, look elsewhere.
