I had the Zeibelkuchen mit Kaese Ueberbacken which was amazing!! If I had room in my stomach, I would have eaten three of them. All three of us had the Coburger Rostbratwuersten hit Brot un Senf, and I also had the Meerrettich. Sooooo delicious (although the Meerrettich was not as scharf as I like -- I like fire in my mouth)!!! The restaurant is charming, a short and beautiful walk from a large parking area. The waitstaff is friendly and very competent. They even had a menu in English for my husband! This restaurant is definitely worth the lovely drive from Frankfurt. At the end of their menu, it states "Wir wuenschen einen guten Appetit." At Weinhaus Mehling, that wish is granted.
