However in the Quebec countryside away from the big cities it's almost impossible to find much in the way of different food other than your typical chicken, burgers, pizza/pasta. Great selection. One downside, I did order the FuXing soup and it was pretty bland. But the General Tao (quite good), Cantonese chow mein and the FuXing fried rice were very good. You could even taste the wok hei of the fried rice. Service from the woman working was great. I asked her where she was from and she said "Canton". I asked where in Canton? Shenzhen? Guangdong? Guangzhou? She declared Guanzhou. Very nice and polite. Overall I'm definitely coming back when in RDL.
