You can taste the love for food, the passion for experimenting and yet the chef is keeping true to the beauty and taste of the food. The ambiance of the place is great: real napkins, no paper; beautiful knifes made by a local artist, tucked away between the trees. But all of that wouldn't really matter anyway since the food is just so incredibly good! The fact that there's just one menu (as a table d'hote) is sweet: you're just surprised by what the chef has made. Last time we when, we had a special request since my husband is lactose and gluten intolerant and Stephane did an incredible job! It was all delicious. We've been to quite a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood, but this is my all time favorite. I highly recommend going there.

But mostly the "Fount MASTER" one of the Owners "Sebastian." He is a bilingual fount of local knowledge! If you want to know something merely ask him. He is better and faster than "Google"! Then there is the lovely and magnificent woman known as "Chef Debbie " the woman behind the scenes that brings gastronomical pleasures to all of her customers!! This is truly the place to be as well as " The Place" to go!!!
