I found the Le Creuset ones on Creative Cookware's website for a really great price last year (or maybe it was the year before) around a holiday - they were the cheapest I could find (I think $16/bowl) that would ship to Canada for free - no customs fees either. I was a little hesitant to order from them since I'd never heard of them before, but I took a chance and bought 6 bowls (was able to pay through Paypal which always makes me feel better). They shipped my bowls promptly and I received them I think within the week, all carefully packed and in perfect condition. I emailed them to let them know how happy I was with the experience and I actually got a nice email back from someone who works there. Since my purchase, they have upgraded the site and it is a lot more pleasing to the eye. I would absolutely buy from them again - I am eyeing a Marcato pasta maker right now :)

Based on their web site description, I ordered a mandolin slicer, $89.99 US, to make onion rings…read more We needed one that could slice onions into 1/2" thick slices, according to the ad on their web site it could do that. Their order processing was slow but I did receive the item. However, when I tried to use it I found the 1/2" slice spec was wrong. The thickest slice possible with the item is 3/8". In addition, when slicing a large onion there is an protrusion underneath the slicer that causes the vegetable to stop before getting all the way past the blade. If it is forced it will break the slice. Via email I obtained an RMA number for return... after some delay... but when I found out the shipping would be nearly $45.00 US. I sent another email asking for them to pay return shipping.... no response. It has been weeks now without response from this company. I will not buy from them in the future and I would urge caution if you decide to purchase from them lest you get stuck like me.
