This place is straight up dangerous. I'm sure this is a useful spot if you actually need bulk food items (sauce, rice, meats, flour, sugar, etc). Honestly, things were not quite as cheap as I thought they would be. I came in looking for some restaurant style serving trays and could not find what I was looking for. For the amount of people that seemed to be working, nobody asked me if I needed any help. The dangerous part -- I encountered several instances of giant bags of flour and boxes of food toppled into the aisles. The workers were also driving around the forklifts/risers SO FAST. I watched one of them nearly run into a woman rounding the corner. I genuinely felt physically uneasy being in here. The store was organized in such a manner that products were easily located. The staff was eager to help in any need or question. The checkout was timely and the cashier was courteous and helpful. Prices were a little high but that is consistent with groceries prices today. I had a good shopping experience. read more

Great Selections and Prices. I have never seen a meat & cheese selection that matches Restaurant Depot. Great prices on Milk (4 gal to the case) The meat is higher quality and less than half the price of that at Sam's or Costco. Great selections on kitchen supplies. read more

As a person that throws a lot of events that are culinary related, this place is amazing. If I need anything serving, eating, or drinking related in bulk, this is my first stop. It can be a little intimidating at first with the signage about "membership". But anyone and everyone is welcome. I have not bought any food items here. But I would like to test it out next time I have a big get together. I also haven't gotten a lot of the cooking items they have. But I am in awe of the cool things they have. As a person who likes to cook, I could spend a pretty penny in here. But as a homeowner with a small kitchen, that will have to wait. Excellent prices and basic selections if you need bulk. Just make sure you double check the prices - the last three times I have been here - I noticed at check out they overcharged me for items (they don't seem happy when they have to make the corrections). Otherwise - it's a good value for not the best service- it's not costco! read more

It's a absolutely great place for anyone in the culinary industry they pretty much have whatever you need, I just bought a 40ld box of leg quarters and they were fresh. Found this place yesterday, and it was "popping" when we went in! Looked like they had just got a huge truck (or two) delivery, so stuff was everywhere. However, the employees were hopping and trying to get things organized even though there were customers all around. Everyone was very helpful and willing to do all they could to make you happy, they went above and beyond. They had great prices and a huge variety of things, just about anything you would need for a restaurant or catering business! Yay! This is exactly what we were looking for! read more

I have never in my 32 years experienced the level of incompetence that runs rampant at this establishment. Unfortunately, I deal with them on a weekly basis. Since I started dealing with this business In August of last year, every other week there is a problem. Item info is missing on every other receipt. Since the previous Manager (Chester) left, the new manager seemed to be making an effort, at least on his end. However, the staff is still just as clueless as always. Really, I've never seen anything like it. I'm pretty sure, at this point, that each employee must pass an incompetency test before hiring. I do not write negative reviews for businesses (I've done it once). This place is BEYOND RIDICULOUS. My jaw almost hit the floor when I saw their review rating, as their lack of work ethics are legendary. read more
