The rates are the best I have seen around. The hotel is a bit far from Basel, maybe around an hour by train. But definitely worth the trip if you compare prices to Basel hotels which start at $350 a night.

Last time I ordered the one with bacon and mushrooms and this time I ordered the one called Blue Hawaii. You guessed it! Contains pineapple and ham. Super yummy and fried delicious to a nice crispy finish. Those pommes frites are insane tasting! Fresh crispy and lightly seasoned to perfection. I paired our meal with Rivella and a nice glass of red wine. Friendly staff. Able to speak French, Germans, and English. Interior of restaurant is very clean. They also have a large outdoor dining area where you can watch city life and have chats with locals. Can't wait to come back again to try another flavor!
