We have been going to the Steakhaus every single Christmas. It became kind of a tradition in our…read morefamily. The quality of the food is amazing. The only downside is the bad service. Considering the prices, you should never feel rushed to get out of the restaurant. Long wait times on beverages (20+ minutes) and food (60+ minutes) does not make it easy when the next guests are already waiting for your table. The reservation schedule for the table should not be that tight, considering that the service is so slow. Unfortunately, during our last dinner, the waitress poured the entire tray of red wine for the table next to us over me. Luckily, she gave me some tissues. Who needs an apology, offer to pay for the cleaning, or maybe even a dessert on the house as a regular customer.

But, we had to ask a Waiter to serve us after 2 other parties came in and were taken care of immediately after sitting down.. They were given menus and their drink orders taken before the waiter.. The very same waiter who served them was asked to serve us. After we had already been sitting for at least 20 minutes. We finally got to order our food... Our steaks came out and were cooked correctly. BUT... our side dishes we had to ask the waiter for them. The fries were ok, even though no condiments were provided.. The absolute worst thing was their House salad.. Beef 800° you really need to get a clue as to what a good side salad is. Because what you are serving as a side salad was nasty. DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT. BAD SERVICE, CRAPPY FOOD AND ALL THAT AT EXTREMELY HIGH PRICES. This was a rare occasion where I absolutely refused to tip a waiter. THIS RESTAURANT WILL NEVER SEE MY PATRONAGE AGAIN. AND I SUGGEST THAT THEY DON'T SEE YOURS EITHER..
