Moreover, there was a 10 minute gap between the serving of my main course and my wife's main course, i.e. her's were cold when mine arrived. The food was badly spiced/flavored and the "greek salat" was simply just tomatoes (only 2 olives and a couple of feta cubes). The food at Mytropolis is really Greek and it is really good, not Germanified. We have eaten here off and on for years. Tonight I had a stewed lamb leg in a mild tomato sauce. My wife had octopus. Both were delicious, both substantial portions, free ouzo at the beginning and end of the meal, a nice salad with my dish. This is a reliably good restaurant. They also have a lovely garden when the weather is warm (unfortunately not today).
