Even at lunch time the place has some of the locals who only come for the cheap beer hanging around. The place is not too big, so you may need to give enough space so people can move, which can be a little annoying if you are having a conversation, but that's the vibe of the bar so embrace it. Want me to tell you a secret? Can you see that little set of stairs going down? You should adventure yourself and find out. I came here with a friend and we got to listen to a very cool band. Downstairs you will find a little concert venue, and another bar. The only thing missing were people dancing, the song was too good to be standing there, but I understand that Swedes need a couple of drinks before they can hit the dance floor. The place reminded me of a venue I used to go in my early 20's, and I had lots of fun. Beers are affordable, music is good and you are in for a fun night.

There isn't masses of space to sit, between bar stools, window seats and a few tables, without moving into the restaurant portion of the venue. The early afternoon sun was burning down on us with no shade in sight. So the cold beers went down quick, one after another. In hindsight, just about everything we ate in Stockholm was simply on another level. The quality and care that goes into the preparation is simply superior to what occurs back home. Dishes are kept simple and made with fresh ingredients. Everything is made to order. So all in all despite some of my initial reluctance we ended on a high note and had a great lunch.
