This is probably my favorite meal during my stay in Europe so far! The restaurant itself has a lot of character and is very interesting. We split a plate and some bread so we could save some room for dessert. The dishes we had were excellent and I my stomach is more than satisfied! Prague is a beautiful city with a lot of great food, but this will more than likely be my favorite meal here!

We ordered a chicken tapaka, it didn't have a hint of what it should be. No flavor which this dish is famous for. In addition it was overcooked and tasted so dry that we left a part of the dish untouched. Left frustrated. Grusie restaurant has nice interior but the cousins is not only about interior but food should place a major role. Would not recommend this place if you want experience the taste of Georgian food.

Even though language was a very tiny barrier, I got exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. In total, my whole meal cost around 25 USD. I could not finish at all so that has to say something! FOOD: the menu was very easy to understand and the food was delicious. I ordered a plate with chicken and beef combo over french fries with a side salad. It all comes together in one to go box and was very plentiful. The fries were one of the best french fries I've ever had and the meat was shaved a lot like gyro meat. So good and tasty. The side of rice that I also bought was much more plentiful than I realized and tasted great. The baklava was a little bit mushy at the bottom so that was a hit or miss. It still tasted good, but I'm used to having more of that phillo dough crunch. SERVICE: i'd have to say service was really good. I did have a small communication issue, but they did a great job getting me exactly what I wanted and the portions were very plentiful and it was packaged very nicely. I really have nothing to complain about it all. COST: very very reasonable! For what you receive it was a bargain and because it was so tasty, I highly recommend this place. It is obviously not food native to the Czech Republic but if you want a tasty meal with plentiful portions, then you really can't go wrong.

There is also the platter or burrito style! I choose the kebab box which was a terrific choice to take back to my hotel room! I could choose between rice or French fries. I decided to choose French fries which were cut so well like a crinckle c-shape that was so crispy despite being covered by my chicken, dressing and tons of fresh lettuce and tomatoes! OMG, they pile on the box, then shake it down and close the compact the "Chinese" takeout box! It was so delicious and plentiful! I could only eat half of my box because I was full!! Wished I could have finished it as it was so good! Never had anything like it plus so reasonable! Such a healthy choice too!
Look at all the salad and toppings!

It did not disappoint. The food is authentic Czech cuisine. The roasted pork knee was the best I've tasted so far in Germany and Czech Republic. The roasted duck was also flavorful. Saw the bras hanging as we walked in, made me chuckle. We were seated right away, in a small room with a fair amount going on. I picked the Jim Morrison along with the fries and lovely K had the Janis Joplin, also with fries. Both choices were a very good sized portion with a good amount of fries. The JM stated it's spicy, and it was indeed so. The JJ is also a good sized portion, but it had too much going on for K. What really let the meal down was the fries. They were not hot, and had been cooked too long. The outside was crispy with a good crunch, but the interior was not what we were looking for. Could have been epic with nice fries, but they missed the mark by just a bit.
