Also there were an inordinate amount of flies. The waiters do everything such pulling the beer. Hence, always on the go even though there aren't a lot of customers. I felt a bit short-changed when my beer loss a third of the volume after the foam disappeared. My duck entree plate lacked flavor and the sauce had an odd licorice seasoning. Tipping is for good service so I felt a little uncomfortable with waiter waiting for a tip, but fairly absent while I dining.

Dnes se nejčastěji slad vyrábí ve velkých poloautomatických sladovnách a do pivovaru se jen dováží. Zdejší sladovnu jsme tedy proměnili v restauraci a původní využití těchto prostor už připomíná pouze název restaurace. Útulná pivovarská restaurace s citlivě provedeným interiérem má kapacitu 85 míst. Be-careful if you're tourist, they will try to ask for "tips" upon check-in, be sure to clarify price of stay before purchase. They only allow one room access key, you can get another for a fee, , overall service is by good. Restaurant: Good for groups (call in-advance for accommodations of a party greater than 5), definitely the spot for lunch, dinner is okay (menu changes), beers are great, however; they are not filtered (warning: you may get sick), bottle beers are okay. A bit pricey for this hotel stay, but it was worth the accommodation to be located near a train station and shopping mall. That was an advantage!
