When you walk in, you're given a paper slip for your order. First thing in line is soups. If you want one, you order and hand over your ticket so they can mark your order on it. Keep your ticket on you and you pay at a booth when you leave. I ordered a small borscht (all of the soups come in half and full sizes) and a pork dish with sauerkraut and dumplings. The prices here are pretty affordable. There's a lot of seating in the restaurant and you can sit anywhere you want. It was pretty busy when we were here for lunch. We were lucky to grab a table for four and we sat together with our friends.
