As soon as we liked a property, I sent Bernard a quick email and within hours we had our pre-approval letter for the property. We had to do that 3 times to find the right home that accepted our offer. The closing process was smooth and yes it was a lot of work getting all the info - you're buying a home, of course it should! We had some bumps in the road but that was due to the seller's incompetence, not the lending process. All in all, we had a great experience with Bernard.
