I have stayed at about 10 different four seasons and this was by far the best. The level of service is what you would expect with the four seasons brand but this hotel stands above the rest with beauty and things to do. We enjoyed the 5 acre water park every day and loved it. So much to do for families at the pool area and we dipped away from the kids for the quiet adults pool also. If you are staying here to visit Disney it was equally amazing with character breakfasts in Ravello and the Disney shuttles that ran very often. We mostly ate at the pool ( lakehouse) and in the evening at the hotel ( ravello/Lobby bar) The other place capa? on the roof was nice but we didnt dine there but we did enjoy using their balcony to watch the fireworks from magic kingdom/epcot. The Lickitysplit coffee/pastry/sandwich place was very convenient when we needed something on the go for our busy vacation plans outside the hotel. Shining star- Its hard to pick one person since every employee there is a 10/10 on service but Hannah in LakeHouse was a shinier diamond among diamonds she always went above and beyond for my picky grandaughter Bonus- Doing the Smores at the pool was something pretty amazing

The room was a good size and comfortable if a little on the tired side. Also, after much searching we discovered that our room had no mini bar which was kind of annoying. We weren't able to take advantage of the pool situation because it was unseasonably cold while we were there and even though it's heated, swimming while it was 40 degrees did not seem appealing. We did use the gym facility which was expansive and very well equipped. I would recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Disney but it's not necessarily on par with other Four Seasons Hotels.

It's easy to spend an entire afternoon relaxing here. The service is consistently top notch. Everyone we encounter is friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on making the stay enjoyable. That level of service is one of the reasons we keep coming back. And the restaurants on property are another big plus. We love being able to have great meals without having to leave the resort, especially during a holiday stay when convenience matters. Overall, the JW Marriott Grande Lakes is a fantastic place for a relaxing getaway and has become part of our family's Thanksgiving tradition. Nice and firm for a get night rest or a nap after being at the pool side for a few hours. Walk in closet big bathroom ,living room was cool as well. The rooms give you that old 1960 vibes with a modern touch. The resort also featured some old vintage 1960 cars similar to the TWA hotel at jfk airport. The resort had some nice places to go to. Me and my wife enjoyed the bowling alley. We had a lot of fun. Don't forget about the shops with all your favorite carton characters t shirts hats slippers you name it Star Wars, the minions the Simpsons fun for kids all ages. We also enjoyed the cabana cafeteria . I had a spicy chicken sandwich with fries my wife had chicken teriyaki lomein full of nice pieces of chicken ,Which she enjoyed .I also had some chicken tenders and fries from the cafeteria on our stay. We also ordered food from door dash while we were in the main lobby. We ordered shake shack which was cheaper ordering from door dash then buying food on the resort, smash burgers well done with cheese fries, for a little vacation cheat because I'm on a diet. By the way the order came really fast. Don The pool was great especially at night the view was amazing. With the lights shining on the pool and the really nice fire pit they had so you can even roast some marshmallows by it. Also the pool features a water slide for kids and adults. The blow up rafts were $9to17. You also could bring your own as well. You also had an ice machine with cold water free. Plus you had the soft drinks and soda all you can drink for $30 . That was the drink packed. Cabana bay resort also had a restaurant right next the pool outside. Where they had some really good chicken quesadillas with fries. My wife enjoyed that. . I went with the chicken wrap with lettuce and some veggies, It was great to eat pool side with the beach chairs equipped with the big umbrella for shade . Then you also had the lazy river at the resort. That featured a bigger water slide and pool . Bigger than the pool outside the main lobby. The staff was courteous and friendly the stay was fun. The pool was great, very well staffed, though one of the hot tubs was not working throughout our trip which was a bummer. The quick service option was great, had plenty of options. The building itself was beautiful, especially the lobby. Transportation to all 4 of the parks was quick and easy, I never felt like I had to walk excessively far to our resorts bus stops. Although the resort itself was large, the bus stop seemed very central and we never had to wait for an elevator. Nor did we have to wait to get a table/pool chair. My main complaint with the resort was the noise level - they pipe in very loud music every night around 9 p.m. for about 10 minutes, which was awful if you're a light sleeper and wanting to get up early the next day. You can also hear the Magic Kingdom fireworks every night from the resort, but that's to be expected if you're staying in a MK area resort and I didn't find it to be disruptive. Overall, I could definitely see myself coming back to the Wilderness Lodge, the resort was incredible besides the music every night (which is really very minor considering it only went on for about 10 minutes a day). It's a great option if you're planning to spend a lot of time at Magic Kingdom.

Called down to let them know and at first they said there wasn't any housekeeping that was on staff. We said we saw housekeepers by the elevator and in the lobby. We were also willing to vacuum it ourselves or move rooms. Then she said she'd send someone (who arrived 10min later and thankfully took care of it). 2. Also, When we initially reserved our room we told them it was our daughter's birthday so would like something in the room. When we checked in nothing had been acknowledged or prepared. We asked about it and the front desk said they saw the note (awkward pause). We asked if something could be left in the room and she took out an order form for me to pick items. We chose cheese platter and ballon's which totaled $50+. She said we didn't need to be in the room (go to park normally) and they leave it in the room. Day after day nothing even after repeatedly reminding them. On day 4 out of our 5night stay they left a chocolate cupcake and a couple of strawberries. We called to let them know that's not what we ordered. The next day we got the cheese plate (pictured). It was left out all day (despite us having a refrigerator in the room) so when we got back to the room that night it was hot. Not sure how food safe that was. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle. We could've done better just going to the grocery store.

When a vacation room has a door that faces the outside of the property I defined that as a motel and so that perception was immediately disappointing. The resort is big in the pool area was nice. Getting from our room to the common area with food and gift shops seemed quite a distance, especially for us with a younger family. Travel to and from the park was convenient, although like any resort, very busy during peak times. Having visited other Disney resorts and resorts outside of the park, we would no longer choose to stay at the Caribbean beach resort.

The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful and very clean with a separate shower and tub. The toiletries were a nice touch since my husband forgot to bring his toothbrush. The soaps, shampoo, body wash and conditioner all seemed like a higher quality with muted, natural scents. The grounds a very pretty, they shared amenities with the JW next door which created a fun day going from their lazy river then back to the Ritz pool for some R&R. The Ritz pool area has complimentary water, fruit, sunscreen, towels floating mats. The pool server was attentive as well. The lobby bar is large with friendly wait staff. I've visited this property numerous times the past several years for a variety of occasions. We've spend overnights here, ate at the restaurant, and made great use of their gym and pool. I just love walking their property because of how gorgeous it is! The weight of this review is based on a recent experience from a girls spa day I spent with two of my girlfriends. We each received either a manicure, pedicure, and facial. The prices are as about expected, on the higher end given that it's a luxury spa. Just for reference we spent about $700. Five stars for Claudia, who provided me with such an incredible pedicure experience. She has been working there for over two decades. You can tell she loves what she does and is passionate about her clients and the service they receive. My girlfriends enjoyed their manicure and facial. Moving on to why I am rating our overall experience at a 3 stars due to our overall spa lounge experience and not due to the services from the nail technicians and aesthetician. Upon arrival into the actual ladies spa lounge, one of my friends was greeted and she was given a locker to safely store her belongings, a robe, slippers, and the complimentary first glass of champagne. When I arrived, there was a delay in getting myself situated in the similar fashion that my friend was assisted. When our final friend arrived just shortly after the two of us, she was not even in the spa lounge area, as she was sat in the salon waiting room and it appeared as if she might have been forgotten about. The only reason she made it to her service was because she overheard my voice from behind the waiting area she was sitting in. Only two of us out of the three were already dressed in our robes and got situated with a locker whereas my other friend was not given that chance, though my experience alone was delayed in this process. Also, two of us were not offered our complimentary glass of champagne until an hour and a half after being at the spa lounge. We kindly requested our drinks from one of the spa attendants who advised us to sit in a certain area where she would meet us with the drinks. After waiting awhile, we were unable to locate her, and it appeared we might've been forgotten about. We then decided to request drinks from a different staff and finally received our drinks. We spent time in the jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. We noticed cool towels were initially available but once they were emptied out by other guests, we requested a replenishment. The staff voiced to us that if the towels were visibly unavailable on the table, then they do not have any to offer us anymore. We kindly asked if there would be a certain timeframe as to when the cool towels would become available and that we were willing to patiently wait, and there was no response from there regarding a solution or accommodation. We absolutely would have loved having a nice refreshing cold towel that other guests were able to take advantage of. Upon realizing that we were not being assisted similarly to how other guests were assisted, we decided to end our time at the spa earlier than we planned. We made our way downstairs towards the café and honestly, the menu did not impress us. We decided to leave and shorten our girls spa day sooner than we originally planned. Overall, we left feeling that the level of service and attention to detail truly did not reflect the luxury experience or standards we expected from The Ritz-Carlton, especially given the cost we invested in our experience here. While the treatments themselves were wonderful, the inconsistencies in the spa experience took away from what was meant to be a relaxing and memorable girls' spa day. Orlando has so many beautiful luxury resorts, and unfortunately, this experience left us questioning whether we would return.
