Mr Ha refused to do this so I'm spending hours on the phone trying to reach the irs to find out what's gone wrong. I tried working with my usual online tax filing company, but they were not able to help me! After searching online for several days I discovered PARAMOUNT TAX RELIEF, and they LITERALLY live up to their name! From the moment I walked in the door for my appt. I felt a sense of relief. I was worried I was going to ask the wonderful man Imran at the desk too many questions, but they were more than happy to help me with ANY question and made things go so smoothly! Then Faith called me back and was able to see what needed to be taken care of and everything was seen what needed to be seen, and she was so kind and excellent about everything! She helped me to feel 100% better and gained a customer for life! I tried to finish the rest of my taxes in the waiting room but was having issues with my phone with Covered Ca. That turned into another dilemma for me which they ALSO resolved after having repeated failure downloading the Covered Ca info. All in all, they are truly PARAMOUNT WITH DOING YOUR TAXES, AND TRULY GIVE YOU THE BEST SENSE OF RELIEF KNOWING THAT YOU DON'T HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH THE IRS! THANK YOU AGAIN!
