My last therapist broke numerous ethical guidelines including HIPAA by telling me specific personal details about a patient who walked out before me. She also tried to get me to go to her and her daughter's "chastity ball" after I mentioned I was not religious. Dr. Eppley was nice enough, but he missed several very important diagnoses that I wound up getting treatment for as I got older. Last time she had her feet kicked up on the desk twirling her hair with freshly done nails laughing on the phone. She's completely unprofessional & the definition of a lowly individual on a power trip. The PA starts off interested but she doesn't when you're completely honest and educated. GET OFF YOUR HIGH HORSE! Everyone there walks outside publicly intoxicated but you pick and choose! Oh and I was there from 9am to 5pm ... NO JOKE because of their slow services!! I took off work with NO pay for trying to get help!!!! Brightview in Covington.. I RECOMMEND NEVER TO GO THERE! I'll let anyone that cares to listen know about their lackadaisical practices. They go home, get that money, pay bills, have dinner parties and get nails done. The cherry on top for them is that they feel superior after coming from work. I can read people like this from a mile away. And if you have any further complaints, call their patient advocates to get COVINGTON TO REFORM.
