In my opinion, The Cincinnati Anxiety Center offers the most innovative and trustworthy therapy avaiable for mental health across the board, for adults and children alike. Truly a place that goes above and beyond your stereotypical therapy to bring you and/or your loved ones a personalized plan. A plan that communicates trust, care and hope. The Cincinnati Anxiety Center is also multifaceted based on their client's needs. They utilize only the best and clinically approved, state-of-the-art technology. Not a marketing "we care about you," but care as a person who understands your pain. For me, even after missing appointments, I was never shamed. Never has my therapist given up on me. It was a rough day. I only wanted to go to bed, but I when I got to my appointment, my therapist held out a nitendo switch controller and said "Let's see those Fifa skills." I have no gaming skills, so I didn't fare well, but I laughed. I mean really laughed! And it was the right medicine. I laughed more than I had for weeks. The establishment is clean and they are in a great neighborhood, but don't let that fool you. Their receptionist was very rude and didn't have time to answer questions. They are horrible at answering their phone, and even though they say they are available for emergencies after hours I had horrible luck getting a hold of a nurse/doctor. Management isn't any better. When I brought my concerns to the manager he told me that he didn't believe me. It was then that I knew it was time for me to move on.

Reviewing this service as a 35…read moreyear experienced health care professional, I find our contact was lacking. 1 Errors in scheduling and no reminder calls or emails. 2 No treatment plan was identified 3 Questions were not answered by practioner 4 Professional opinion and outcome were predetermined after 2 visits 5 Breach of HIPPA due to the fact that practioner discussed bill in waiting room with someone other than parents 6 At one visit, pts time was spent outside with practioner cleaning bird poop off his car. If you or anyone you know has a child who needs a therapist, please do not choose this office even if you were told he was the best in the area for certain types of therapy.
