Every evening, when they left, they put their stuff neatly out of the way and arranged things so we had access to what we would need. The work was spot on. The preparation to the area before they ever got to paint an inch was fantastic. Paper and tape and tarps protected everything. They moved the furniture and noted where we wanted things put back. They took photos of where we wanted our pictures to go and after the paint dried, they rehung them. The house, walls and trim look better than new. We couldn't be happier.

At first, he said less than $5000, than every week he was demanding more. Nothing was fixed. He charged us more than $40,000 Cash! Just awful! If you are a SC homeowner definitely do not hire this man. There are a lot of local great SC contractors who will do the job right without getting in a nasty confrontation. Get a local SC contractors who have a license to work in SC. South Carolina requires contractors to be licensed and bonded through the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (LLR). Without these safeguards, homeowners fear the contractor will abandon the project with their funds. Save your home from this type of charlatans. Contact your local county or city building department. Fixing a sinking foundation strictly requires building permits. Inform them that an unlicensed individual did unauthorized, unpermitted structural work on your home. Our house was so badly damaged, we couldn't move in, it was completely unlivable. I wish we never trusted this man, checked him first and went with Cantey or Mount Valley. Now he is using pictures of our home without our permission and shares our personal info to promote his illegal business. We don't appreciate it.
