Home away from home !…read more How do you make a choice for your home away from home . What caused us to pick this hotel or others? Mainly the amazing amenities. We booked our hotel on the Expedia website. The hotel images were presented well and organized accordingly. The hotel offers in room dining, free parking, coffee in the morning, a pool, and a gym . The gym is something important to my life and its twenty four hours. They have a pool if you need to have a lap to make your life easier and more comfortable. The check in was simple and easy. The area is so beautiful. We are here all the way from Vegas . You could drop a pin outside and hear it bounce . The staff were very helpful. As we were in town many types of people came and went; this is important because whatever your need the "Hilton," brand is something that you can count on . They are dog friendly and offer great areas to keep the dog occupied for their walk . Now that we have our room key and we are all checked in let's go and check it out . The room is pretty standard for hotels across the Hilton spectrum. The bathroom is clean and all stocked with fresh towels . The beds all made and everything is in its place . It's easy to control the television. We have tons of outlets to plug in our devices . There is a place to make the essence of life, coffee of course. All is in order let's unpack . We have to close this and start the process of the evening to get ready for the next day. Time to go exploring and use the gym, run that bath, and get all cozy. Mr. Sandman here I come zz

Broken door handle and missing pieces of the draft stopper made security of walking around comfortably in your room, feel kinda iffy. this hotel is LOUD. I was placed on the 4th floor towards the exit, there is nothing dampening noise in the hall or from your neighbors. They charge for parking even though at booking, there wasn't anything notifying you of that. $6 bottle water in your room, no free breakfast option.

My complaint is solely about the staff at this location. I wound up staying here for the very first…read moretime with family and it was a complete disaster. We checked in last Thursday only to deal with tons of hockey teams staying at this location. I have stayed at other hotels when these sort of things have happened before, but this was on a whole Nother level. I've never seen staff members just care so little about protecting their own property when kids are literally running a muck all over the place with hockey sticks in their bathing suits trashing rooms. The coach and the chaperones were drunk almost every day. We were there hanging out in the lobby and letting the kids do whatever they wanted. Any other hotel I have stayed at would've never allowed that. When we tried to go to sleep, kids were constantly running up and down hallways, shouting, screaming, and nobody was doing anything about it. We told the man at the front desk about what was going on, but he did not seem to care. The room itself was fine and big enough for my family. That's the only positive thing I can say about this. Maybe the staff act better and differently when they don't have all of these teams running around but truthfully because they just did not care about what was going on. I don't think I will return here. I'd rather stay at a hotel that has a strict. No noise policy passed a certain time of night and pay a little bit extra if that is insured.

Stayed here one night 2/7-2/8 with my family after driving in for a birthday event for my son. We…read morechecked in at front desk at 6:30pm and were quoted $165/night for a 2 bed room on first floor. We offered to pay the woman who checked us in cash at our arrival for the room and she indicated that we couldn't pay cash until checkout and needed to provide a credit card on file but that at checkout all charges would be reversed so we could pay cash as we wished to do. She told us that the total with ALL taxes and fees at checkout for our room would be $185. Flash forward to check out time and we go to front desk and speak with man on duty with cash in hand to pay for the room. He proceeds to inform us that the total for the room was $225 and not the agreed upon $185 as indicated at checkout. He said the room was $200/night (we were told it was $165 at check in, remember!) and the total was $225 with taxes & fees. We repeatedly attempted to explain to the man that the staffer who checked us in provided us with an entirely different quote for the room and he rudely declined to assist us in any way and just said "Well you can try to call on Monday when there is a manager here but I don't know what that will do...". We needed to get on the road to our event so couldn't continue to beat a dead horse with a person who didn't care and wouldn't listen. As soon as we got into the car we immediately called the credit card company to dispute the charges and at that time the credit card company informed us that there had been about 4 charges made and reversed by Hampton/Hilton on our card and none of the charges at ALL matched with amount the front desk staff provided at check-in! There was one charge that seemed to be close to the $185 as discussed but even that was off (it was $192) there was also a charge of $39.95 that was charged and reversed several times to the card that we NEVER authorized so not sure what was going on there! Even the credit card company said that the charges seemed "concerning"! I'm not sure what's going on with the staff/management at this hotel but one thing I am absolutely positive on is that my family and I fell prey to a bait and switch courtesy of Hampton Inn of Marlborough, MA and I'm not pleased! If you said the room was $165/night for (2) full beds, I am going to expect to pay $165/night...not $200/night! I mean, if we wanted to spent $200/night...we would have stayed at a better star rated hotel with better amenities or at least caring and competent staffers who didn't ignore or concerns and had us leave the hotel feeling cheated and lied to! Looking forward to speaking with the manager on Monday to hopefully get this sorted out but I wanted to let any would be guests traveling through the area know that they may be lied to and overcharged!

The block was for the dates of 8/29-9/1. I reserved my room. A few months later I was double checking the confirmation and it only had me reserved for 1 day. I called to correct it. Then I noticed my address was wrong, so I called to correct that too. I get a confirmation email with the correct dates and address. So tell me why my roommate went to the front desk to get her key re-activated on Friday, only to be told our reservation ends tomorrow instead of Monday 9/1. I showed her a copy of my correct reservation and her solution was to re-book me for the extra day; which meant I would now have two security and cleaning deposit holds on my account, and this wasn't even my error. The last night of my reservation someone new checked in because around 3:00am and I was woken up by some excessive noise in the room above mine. I had to call the front desk to tell security about it twice, but the noise never stopped. Not only were the voices loud but something heavy was being dropped on the floor making the walls and my bed shake. I was exhausted the next day and wasn't able to make breakfast before it ended at 9:00a. I don't think the noise stopped until 6 or 7 AM. We also found/killed 3 bugs in this room: a gnat, a moth, and a BEE! My roommates door cards kept getting deactivated too. Mine was deactivated once. A terrible experience at this hotel.

The hotel is clean and quiet, and it seems to be well maintained, with a nice pool and a good sized exercise area. My room was almost completely dark at night (a good thing for me), with a good light-blocking shade and the ability to move or unplug unwanted night lights. The bed was comfy and the pillows were again probably the best on which I've slept in a Hilton hotel in several years. Only down side was that if you want to put clothes away, besides the closet, your only other option is a cabinet door that opens up to 3 pull-out wire shelves. Breakfast was pretty good, today's featured egg-white with vegetable frittatas, french toast sticks, bacon, chilled items, a pastry station, a waffle station, and of course coffee. Decaf coffee is provided by a Keurig with cups, oatmeal is instant plus hot water but an oatmeal fixin's station. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar area. There's a restaurant on the other side of the parking lot, and there's many from which to choose along MA-9 if you wish to drive somewhere for meal.
