This was my first experience with Reserve Bar. The website is easy to navigate & easy to order; although i was not able to use the Welcome discount. Shipping from the third party vendor appears to be prompt i have not yet received my order so I cannot address the quality of shipping. They update frequently stating my order is still processing, with no expected delivery. I tied to cancel my order and get refunded since it still hasn't shipped, but they adamantly refuse! I ordered 3 bottles of single malt Scotch on 11/28/24. They provided a UPS tracking number on 12/9/24. UPS says they have not been contacted to pick up the Scotch. When you call or text them, nobody responds. Emails of over 20, just get a canned response. read more

Customer service is NOT ReserveBar's best quality. I received an ad from the Pittsburgh Steelers calling ReserveBar one of their partners and offering a bottle of Irish whiskey in packaging commemorating the 50th anniversary of the 1974 Super Bowl Champions. I ordered it as a birthday girt for a friend in another state that collects Steelers memorabilia. When it was finally delivered, not only was it not what I ordered, but the packaging was damaged. It was the correct Irish whisky, but in a different Steelers package. I contacted ReserveBar And was told they would look into it. When they followed up with me they informed me that it was the correct package and said nothing about the package being damaged. I responded by sending them the screenshot of my confirmation order that included a picture of what I had purchased. I also included a picture of what my friend received including pictures showing the damage. I never received another response. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY. read more

I have contacted them via email - which is the only way to contact them - multiple times. Each response has been that I will see an update on the website when the shipment has gone out. I ordered a bottle of Yamazaki as a present for my dad's birthday. When I entered his address into Reserve Bar's system it changed the address from one screen to the next. I tried to fix it but the system would not let me. I tried to catch it with their shipper and the shipper would not help. I called the local distributor and they would not help. I emailed their customer service for nearly two weeks, giving them the correct address. Three weeks later, they sent it to the wrong address again! Thankfully, I was able to tell the shipper to hold the package at their drop-in location. Hopefully, it works this time. They ground shipped a bottle of whiskey from NY to LA! This place took my order, waited over a month to start sending me notices they were just now processing my order. Then started showing me bogus delivery tracking notices. When I contracted them, they claimed it was being delivered the next day. For three days they claimed they could not make delivery because the business was closed. It was not a business address. When I complained again, they then gave me bogus delivery notices that said it was delivered. I disputed the charge to my credit card. Then two weeks later they emailed me and to say they see my dispute and claimed the package had been returned to the seller since it was never delivered. This place is a scam. I placed a gift order in December. Shortly after, we received an email the order had shipped, BUT no estimated date of delivery. The courier delivered the bottle during the day, unfortunately the recipient was at work. The courier was contacted, and told the package was routed back to the shipper. I emailed Reserve Bar three times. I received ONE response stating they are busy with orders, and suggested I track my package with a link provided. Otherwise we received automated emails that someone would get back to us. Needless to say, 6 weeks later, still no package, NOR have I received a refund. Customer support/service is a joke!
