We contracted RnR to provide a report on a very mature market, yet new to our company. There are several benchmark, widely accepted data available for cross-correlation. Yet, RnR produced a WAY below par level report, filled with information that essentially added no additional value. Warning: they will produce a "blank" report with a very nicely detailed table of content that you will feel matches your expectations. However, the content is based on nothing solid, mostly generic, and often completely illogical and bluntly wrong. They will claim making research across many many primary and secondary sources, and yet, none of the report's content can support any level of details that would come from such study. Don't expect a Bain or McKinsey report out of RnR. I advise not to waste your money. In summary: too much words, not enough useful content. read more
