I reached out to them and Greg was very responsive and came by to give us a quote pretty quickly. He explained everything to us that day and told us he'd get back to us with the price. He emailed the price and the breakdown and because of the great reviews and great customer service we decided to go with them. We were not disappointed! They came when they said they were going to come and they were fast and detailed. They cleaned up nicely and went over everything with us before leaving our home. Greg helped me pick out the perfect colors for our house and gave us some tips as well. Our experience with Everett and Everett painting was very good. We will definitely use them again if needed in the future.

Excellent Painting Service by AM PRO Painting!…read more I recently hired AM PRO Painting to paint my 4-car direct-access garage and two walk-in closets, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Their professional team did an excellent job and completed the entire project in just 2 days. The painting was clean, neat, and beautifully done. Their workmanship and attention to detail were impressive. Their pricing was also very competitive compared to other vendors I considered. We called to get a quote for painting the exterior of our home. Doug scheduled via text a date and…read moretime to do the estimate. On that day, he did not arrive or call. I waited 30 minutes before calling to see if something had happened. He answered and said "Oh, what's your address, I can be there in 20 minutes." He arrived 30 minutes later and gave us the quote. He took his time and wrote out exactly what we needed. His quote was thorough and seemed reasonable. The reason for my 1-star rating is because when we were ready to schedule, we called and called and no one ever answered. My husband also tried and left messages that were never returned. I know they are a busy company, but it shouldn't be that hard to schedule once a quote has been provided. Perhaps Doug needs to hire a receptionist to help with phones. We ended up going with another company and I'm so glad we did. They did a wonderful job! They were also Yelp verified and backed by a $2,500 protection by Yelp. We chose a smaller company where we had direct access to the owner and communication was never a problem. The owner was also onsite every day of the job.

This is an honest review. I attempted to be fair and even edited my review to be shorter and more…read moregenerous. Unfortunately, the owner continues his online crusade to discredit me and I'm backed into a corner to prove the legitimacy of my concerns. I've added a video showing yellowing throughout the house. This is not a moisture issue. When the work was finished caulking was not yellowed, but I found several areas throughout the house that were not caulked at all. I was also was unhappy with the gap between boards and the floor. The owner is correct when he says I signed a contract indicating that this would not be done. I was guided into this and later found out that it is not always standard practice. Nonetheless, I signed this contract and feel that it would be unfair for me to grade based upon this problem alone, hence the updated increase to my rating. When painting was finished I did voice my discontent with the way things turned out. The owner became defensive about his work. His strategy was to deflect these concerns as a me problem, rather than a workmanship problem. I can remember feeling pressured at the end of the job to agree that things were satisfactory and reluctantly paid. There was no call back to fix the yellowing because his arrogance turned me off. I did not want him back in my house. I've lived in the house for years, looking at my unsightly baseboards. Every time I walk through my hallways I'm reminded of how frustrated I am that I paid good money for this. I do not like publicly shaming a company, but in this case it's necessary. After years I finally posted a review. The bottom line is that the job is substandard. I have to have things repainted at my own expense and I'm very disappointed about it.

He was pleasant, easy-going, professional, and in no way did he attempt to pressure me into using his company. In fact, quite the opposite. Unlike other painting contractors, with whom I consulted, he readily agreed to the terms I specified and was willing to memorialize those terms in a written contract. It is important to note that Jose kept every promise he made and both he and his team arrived at my home, both days, earlier than scheduled, ready to work.
