I wouldn't trust stanley steemer for anything. I had them come out to clean duct work in August 2025. They wound up blowing stuff into my hvac sytem. The system started vibrating, louder and louder over a week or so. Called my hvac people who confirmed debris was blown into the hvac system. Then, due to the stress of all the vibration, the blower motor went out 10 days later. Of course stanley steemer denied they were at fault. Yes - I'm sure blower motors just go out all the time on 3 year old hvac units and it has nothing to do with all the crap your crew blew in there. What a joke. The blatant spin and lying by the csr and management were the worst part. They expect you to just sit there and be lied to like a child. At any rate - there are so many great small business owners in CLE who WILL stand by their work and work with you to make it right. This is a great town - find one of them.
