She was very welcoming, gave us our space, was easy to talk to, and just came off as a genuine person, who I felt would put our best interest first. She also quickly assisted us in seeing a few more houses that day. So when it came time to choose out of the stack of Real Estate agents cards we had collected while visiting open houses Lisa, easily, was our choice. Once we selected Lisa she was on the ball! She started sorting through houses based on what we wanted, which wasn't easy as my wife had some non standard request. Lisa was available to us anytime and had really great recommendations while looking at homes that we hadn't even considered. I knew we made a good choice when she started pointing out things that made a seemingly attractive home void from our list, as we would've been upset later on if we would have selected this home and it didn't fit our long term goals. Once we found the house that was right for us Lisa's negotiating skills also showed evident. She did better than expected in this area and we got a great deal! She attended our inspection, helped get last minute things taken care of and it then it was done, that easy! From start to finish once we found our home it was about 3 and a half weeks. Thanks to Lisa Ellard, Group Watson. Torrey Pinkerton and Supreme Lending we found our home and had a great time doing it.

Jason solved my problem immediately. I thought my trash bin was stolen but turns out it was just a mix up by the valet service. I put work order in through the app and hopefully I get my new container soon! Overall, this place does have room for improvement, but it does seem as if the staff is willing to help out in anyway. Thank you, Jason for your help!

I should have never left. I first reported an ongoing flooring issue during the last week of May. It is now August, and my flooring still has not been repaired or replaced. I have repeatedly submitted maintenance requests through the resident portal, received confirmation emails showing the complex received them, followed up with management in person, and continued to ask for this issue to be addressed. The flooring is uneven and unstable, with rocks and debris underneath it. I have tripped multiple times because of it. This is not a cosmetic complaint. It is a safety issue that I have repeatedly made management aware of, especially considering there are children that crawl and play on these floors. What is even more concerning is how maintenance requests are being handled. I have documented every time I have contacted the property, and I have seen previous requests concerning this issue disappear from the maintenance system. My most recent work order was actually marked "resolved" and closed despite the problem never being fixed. And apparently, I'm not the only tenant experiencing this. I came across another tenant's review describing what appears to be a similar pattern of work orders being marked resolved without the underlying problem actually being resolved. Seeing another resident describe the same experience was incredibly frustrating because it suggests this may not be an isolated situation, but rather a recurring issue with how maintenance requests are being handled. That is not resolution. Closing a ticket does not make a problem disappear. What I find particularly disappointing is the complete lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism throughout this process. I have been patient. I have repeatedly communicated the issue. I have documented everything. Yet I am still having to chase management for something that should have been addressed months ago before letting anyone even move in. I have now had to escalate the matter beyond the onsite management team and formally bring it to the attention of the head management company. A company managing people's homes should take safety concerns seriously. Deleting/disappearing work orders, closing tickets without completing the requested work, and leaving tenants to repeatedly follow up is completely unacceptable. This entire experience has been exhausting, frustrating, and honestly disgusting. I have never experienced this level of disregard from a property management company. If you are considering renting here, do your research, read the reviews, and pay very close attention to what current and former residents are saying about maintenance and management. I wish I had.
